Kaweah Delta Health Care District in Visalia, Ca- lif., named Gary Herbst CEO, effective Sept. 1. Tom Huebner, president and CEO of Rutland (Vt.) Regional Medical Center, announced his plans to retire, effective March 31, 2018. Dignity Health Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospi- tal in Grass Valley, Calif., appointed Jeffrey M.
