Senior Vice President and CFO of Legacy Health (Portland, Ore.). Ms. Hoff joined Legacy Health in her current position in 2014. Prior to joining the system, she spent nearly 19 years as CFO of Meriter Health Services in Madison, Wis., and was president of Physicians Plus Insurance. During her tenure at Meriter, the hospital received the Wisconsin Forward Award for quality. Ms. Hoff earned her MBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Todd Hofheins. Executive Vice President and CFO of Providence Health & Services (Renton, Wash.). As executive vice president and CFO of Providence Health & Services, Mr. Hofheins oversees the financial stability of more than 30 hospitals and hundreds of clinics, including management of supply chain, revenue cycle and construction. Prior to joining Providence in 2004, he was CFO of the system's Washington-Montana region. Mr. Hofheins has more than 15 years of healthcare finance experience and has held positions with Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and with accounting firms Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Shelly Hunter. CFO of Mercy Hospital Joplin (Mo.). Ms. Hunter has served as CFO of Mercy Hospital Joplin since 2009. In this role, Ms. Hunter also oversees financial and support operations for five Mercy hospitals in the Southwest Missouri-Kansas region. She serves on the boards of the Joplin Family Y and Bright Futures USA, and was board president for the Show Me Missouri Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association, where she is a fellow. Ms. Hunter earned her MBA from Pittsburg State University. Allen Johnson. CFO of Truman Medical Centers (Kansas City, Mo.). Mr. Johnson joined Truman Medical Centers as CFO in 1999. His previous positions include reimbursement auditor for Blue Cross Blue Shield, director of reimbursement at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis and CFO of Metropolitan Health Plan in Minneapolis. During his more than 15 years with Truman Medical Centers, organizational revenue has increased more than $200 million. Keith Kasper. Senior Vice President and CFO of University of Pennsylvania Health System (Philadelphia). Mr. Kasper initially joined University of Pennsylvania Health System in 2004 as associate vice president of financial operations. Since then, he had also served as vice president of operations, finance and budget. Prior to joining the system, he was CFO of Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia and spent 14 years in various other administrative financial roles in hospitals throughout the country. He received his MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Jim Kelly. CFO of Presence Health (Chicago). Mr. Kelly joined Presence in his current role in May. A certified public accountant, he was most recently vice president of finance at Advocate Lutheran Hospital in Park Ridge, Ill., and Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn, Ill. Mr. Kelly has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Robin Kilfeather-Mackey. Executive Vice President and CFO of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health (Lebanon, N.H.). Ms. Kilfeather- Mackey has been with D-HH in a variety of financial roles for roughly 19 years. Before taking on her current role, she was the system's vice president of corporate finance. She was part of the inaugural graduating class from the master's program in healthcare delivery science at Dartmouth College in 2013. Greg Klugherz. Senior Vice President and CFO of CentraCare Health (St. Cloud, Minn.). Prior to joining CentraCare in 2008, Mr. Klugherz was vice president of HealthPartners in Minneapolis. Mr. Klugherz's other previous administrative positions include CFO of Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minn., senior financial executive of HealthPartners Medical Group and controller and treasury director of Park Nicollet Health Services in Minneapolis. He is currently on the board of the Greater St. Cloud Development Corp. and chairs the VHA Upper Midwest Consolidated Services Center Finance Committee. Vanessa Kochevar. CFO of St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center (Pueblo, Colo.). Ms. Kochevar joined St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center as CFO in 2013. She most recently served as CFO of Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City and has 13 years of experience in acute care hospital settings. Ms. Kochevar also served as CFO of St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, Okla., as well as Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, both in Las Vegas. Anne Krebs. CFO of Butler (Pa.) Health System. Ms. Krebs has more than 28 years of healthcare finance experience. She joined Butler Health System in 2001 from St. John's Mercy Health System in St. Louis. Her previous positions include vice president of finance of the former St. Joseph Hospital in Kirkwood, Mo., senior auditor in KPMG's Chicago office and vice president of finance at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. She earned an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago and is a certified public accountant. JoAnn Kunkel. Corporate CFO of Sanford Health (Sioux Falls, S.D.). As CFO of Sanford Health, Ms. Kunkel oversees finances for one of the largest nonprofit rural health systems in the country, including dozens of hospitals and hundreds of clinics. She first joined Sanford Medical Center in 1995, and was appointed CFO of the system in 2012. Ms. Kunkel earned her MBA from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. John Kurvink. Vice President of Corporate Services and CFO of Georgian Bay General Hospital (Ontario). Prior to joining Georgian Bay General Hospital as vice president of corporate services and CFO in 2013, Mr. Kurvink was principal consultant for INSITE Consultancy in Canada. He has leadership positions with Provincial Health Services Authority in Coquitlam, British Columbia and Northern Health Authority in Quesnel, British Columbia, among others. Mr. Kurvink earned his MHA from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Angela Lalas. Senior Vice President of Finance of Loma Linda (Calif.) University Health. In her current role as senior vice president of finance for Loma Linda University Health, Ms. Lalas oversees finance operations for the six hospitals within the system, including analysis and reporting for the Loma Linda University Medical Center and its affiliates. Before taking on her current role in 2015, she was vice president of finance of the system. Ms. Lalas earned her MBA from Claremont (Calif.) Graduate University. Kathy Lancaster. Executive Vice President of Strategy and CFO of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan (Oakland, Calif.). Ms. Lancaster has been with Kaiser Permanente since 1998, and held numerous positions within the organization before being named executive vice president in 2001 and CFO in 2005 of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan. Before joining Kaiser, she held a number of senior leadership roles with Prudential Insurance Company's western region. Phyllis Lantos. Executive Vice President, Treasurer and CFO of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York City). Prior to joining NewYork-Presbyterian in 2000, Ms. Lantos was deputy COO of Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn., and vice president of financial management services at Montefiore Medical Center in New York.
