Eleze Armstrong was appointed CEO of Doc- tors Hospital of Manteca (Calif.). Jason Carter was appointed senior vice presi- dent and COO of University of Maryland Bal- timore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, Md. Doug Harrison was named president and CEO of Morgantown, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine hospitals Reynolds Memorial and Wheeling (W.Va.) Hospital. Louis Roe was named the permanent presi- dent and CEO of Braxton County Memorial Hospital in Gassaway, W.Va., and Summers- ville (W.Va.) Regional Medical Center.
