Executive Vice President and CFO of Ardent Health Services (Nashville, Tenn.). Mr. Adams joined Ardent Health Ser- vices in 2003 aer spending time as an audit se- nior manager for Ernst & Young, where he man- aged audit engagements for SEC healthcare and technology companies. Since then, he has built the accounting infrastructure for the health sys- tem and led financial operations for its hospitals. Mr. Adams also has experience as controller for PathGroup and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Rhonda Anderson. Senior Vice President and CFO of Ascension Healthcare, a division of Ascension (St. Louis). As senior vice president and CFO of Ascension Healthcare, Ms. Ander- son oversees strategic and operational leadership for the 151-hospital health system. Ascension has more than 2,600 sites of care in 21 states and 156,000 associates. She has past experience as president of Milwaukee-based Columbia St. Mary's Business Development Division, where she also served as CFO. Jill Batty. CFO of Cambridge (Mass.) Health Alliance. Ms. Batty joined Cambridge Health Alliance as CFO in 2014 aer spending time as senior vice president of finance and CFO of Cheshire Medical Center / Dartmouth-Hitch- cock in Keene, N.H. Her 20-plus years of experience in leadership molded her back- ground in transitioning organizations from fee-for-service to population health man- agement and navigating reimbursement shis while generating significant operating margin improvements. Ms. Batty is a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management As- sociation and has experience as a strategist, healthcare consultant and financial executive. Chris Bergman. Vice President and CFO of Dayton (Ohio) Children's Hospital. As the vice president and CFO of Dayton Children's Hospi- tal, Mr. Bergman oversees accounting, accounts payable, payroll and revenue cycle processes. He is also responsible for risk management, medical records, corporate compliance and supply chain. He has spent more than 35 years of his career in healthcare, previously serving as vice president and CFO of Cincinnati-based Christ Hospital and CFO of Sparrow Health System in Lan- sing, Mich. Laurie Beyer. CFO of GBMC HealthCare (Towson, Md.). Ms. Beyer joined GBMC HealthCare in 2017 aer spending 25 years in other executive roles. She most recently spent 11 years as senior vice president and CFO of Union Hospital of Cecil County where she developed finance and revenue cycle teams as well as con- verted the organization's patient revenue system. Ms. Beyer also has experience leading an EMR implementation and spent time as corporate controller of St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. Venkat Bhamidipati. Executive Vice Pres- ident and CFO of Providence St. Joseph Health (Renton, Wash.). Mr. Bhamidipati le Microso to join Providence St. Joseph Health as executive vice president and CFO in July 2017. He oversees finance, revenue di- versification, accounting, tax and reimburse- ment, and functions such as supply chain and revenue cycle. He is responsible for main- taining financial and compliance integrity as well as assisting in the health system's in- vestments. While at Microso, Mr. Bhamidi- pati was the managing director for business development and growth strategy, and previ- ously served as Microso's CFO of operations and technology. Ben Bontrager. CFO of Goshen (Ind.) Health. Mr. Bontrager spent three years as Goshen Health's director of financial services before ac- cepting a promotion to CFO in January 2018. He also has spent time as a board member and treasurer for the Center for Healing & Hope in Goshen. Prior to joining Goshen Health, Mr. Bontrager was CFO and vice president of opera- tions for LeMaster Steel Erectors. Cara Breidster. CFO of the Suburban Region of IU Health (Lafayette, Ind.). Ms. Breidster joined IU Health in 2005 and spent time as CFO for the West Central Region before becoming the Indianapolis Suburban Region CFO. She also has experience as vice president of finance and corporate controller for the health system. Prior to joining IU Health, Ms. Breidster spent 17 years specializing in healthcare and tax con- sulting with Ernst and Young. Michael Breslin. Group Senior Vice President, Treasurer and CFO of NewYork-Presbyterian (New York City). Mr. Breslin is group senior vice president, CFO and treasurer for NewYo- rk-Presbyterian, a 10-hospital health system. He is responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting and revenue cycle. He also oversees the health system's reimbursement strategy, cost accounting, insurance, financing, managed care and supply chain. He joined NewYork-Presbyte- rian in 2015 aer spending time as senior vice president of finance at New York Methodist Hospital and CFO of Lenox Hill Hospital and Richmond University Medical Center, both in New York City. Michael Browning. CFO of ProMedica (Toledo, Ohio). Mr. Browning oversees fi- nancial leadership, accounting, financial planning and revenue cycle management for ProMedica in his role. He is responsible for the 11-hospital health system's managed care, reimbursement, treasury and internal audit as well as supply chain and process improve- ment.
