St. Louis-based BJC HealthCare named Mark Shen, MD, president of St. Louis Children's Hospital, effective Nov. 12. Dodge City, Kan.-based Western Plains Medical Complex appointed Scott Smith permanent CEO. Flagstaff-based Northern Arizona Healthcare dropped the "interim" from President and CEO Florence Spyrow's title. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CHI Memorial appointed Michael Sutton market CFO. Placentia-Linda Hospital in Placentia, Calif., named Keslie Blackwell CFO. Conway (Ark.) Regional Health System tapped Troy Brooks to serve as CFO.
