These departures came with little or no notice. They are listed below, in alphabetical order. 1. Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health's South Central Region President Matt Bailey left the role, effective Feb. 5. 2. Wayne Brackin, COO of Miami-based Baptist Health South Florida, left his post in January. 3. Panama City, Fla.-based Bay Medical Sacred Heart CEO Steve Grubbs resigned, effective Feb. 19. 4. Bart Hove, the former CEO of Kingsport, Tenn.-based Wellmont Health System who was slated to serve as CEO of the merged Ballad Health organization, unexpectedly retired Feb. 1. 5. Eau Claire, Wis.-based HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital Pres- ident and CEO Julie Manas abruptly departed from her roles in January. 6. Tom Mee, BSN, president and CEO of McLaren Greater Lansing (Mich.), resigned in January. 7. Darren Pearce, BSN, CEO of Navicent Health Baldwin in Milledgeville, Ga., resigned in February after serving in the role for a little over three months. 8. Craig Richardville, chief information and analytics officer at Charlotte, N.C.-based Atrium Health, no longer works for the organization, a spokesperson confirmed to Becker's Hospital Review in February. 9. William Russell, CEO of Three Rivers (Mich.) Health, re- signed in January. 10. Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health CFO Fred Savelsbergh stepped down from his role Feb. 1. 11. Peggy A. Sebastian, president and CEO of HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Ill., resigned Feb. 19. 12. Carson City, Mich.-based Sparrow Carson Hospital's President and CEO Matthew Thompson left his post Feb. 16, just 10 days after CMS threatened to revoke the hospi- tal's Medicare funding over infection control concerns. n
