During his time at Monroe County Hospital and Clinics, he oversaw the construction of a replacement hospital and served as president of the Nevada Chamber of Commerce and Nevada Economic Development Council. His background includes experience in leading medical staff recruitment and development as well as hospital financial performance. Richard Willett. CEO of Redington-Fairview General Hospital (Skowhegan, Maine). Mr. Willett joined Redington-Fairview Gen- eral Hospital in 1972 as director of pharmacy and became CEO in October 1991. He is a member of the Maine Hospital Association and chaired the MHA Public Policy Council. During his tenure, Mr. Willett oversaw the opening of a new emergency department in 1993 and two renovation projects: the first in 1996 to add a special care unit, operating suite and birthing center, and the second in 2009 to add 60,000 square feet of medical office space. Lee Woodward, Jr. President of Coastal Healthcare Alliance (Bel- fast, Maine). Mr. Woodward serves as president of Coastal Health- care Alliance, the health system overseeing Belfast-based Waldo County General Hospital and Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport, Maine. The hospitals finalized collaboration in 2015 and the entire system integrates more than 70 clinical and nonclinical programs. Gerald Worrick. President and CEO of Door County Medical Center (Sturgeon Bay, Wis.). Mr. Worrick became president and CEO of Door County Medical Center in 1988, overseeing the hos- pital's change from an inpatient to outpatient model focused on pri- mary care and prevention. He remained at the helm through Door County Medical Center's transition from affiliating with Milwau- kee-based Ministry Health Care and Ascension to Springfield, Ill.- based Hospital Sisters and Health Systems in late 2016. He created the MDCMC "Journey to Excellence," a quality management tool designed to empower employees to create change. Robert Wright. CEO of Newman Regional Health (Emporia, Kan.). Mr. Wright became CEO of Newman Regional Health in 2013. Since then, he has overseen a $3 million Meditech upgrade. The hospital also received a $19.3 million bond to fund an emer- gency room project and implemented security measures to include 24/7 security guards.
