Community Hospital merged in 1996. She oversaw the hos- pital's transition to an EHR system and individual patient portals in 2015. Jeff Lingerfelt. CEO of Hammond-Henry Hospital (Geneseo, Ill.). Mr. Lingerfelt began his tenure as CEO of Hammond-Henry Hospital in November 2015. He is responsible for providing lead- ership and direction to improve the hospital's mission of excellence in clinical care. Mr. Lingerfelt is a past CEO of Rugby, N.D.-based Heart of America Medical Center, where he was recognized as the Outstanding Healthcare Professional of the Year in 2015 by Grand Forks-based University of North Dakota. Tammy Loosbrock. Senior Director of Sanford Luverne (Minn.) Medical Center. Ms. Loosbrock served as the manager of reha- bilitation services, ancillary service director and COO of Sanford Luverne Medical Center before becoming CEO. Ms. Loosbrock also serves as an at-large director of the Minnesota Hospital As- sociation. Under her leadership, Sanford Luverne Medical Center received Healthgrades' Outstanding Patient Experience Award and earned iVantage Health Analytics' Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals recognition in 2017. Lenny Lyons. Administrator at Delta (Utah) Community Hospi- tal and Fillmore (Utah) Community Hospital. Mr. Lyons is the administrator for Delta Community Hospital and Fillmore Com- munity Hospital, both nonprofit hospitals with combined govern- ing boards. He has previous experience as director of ancillary and support services at Heber City, Utah-based Heber Valley Medical Center. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Ex- ecutives. Amy McDaniel. CEO of Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics – Bel- mond. Ms. McDaniel is CEO of Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics – Belmond, which, in conjunction with its sister hospital in Clari- on, Iowa, and surrounding outreach clinics, includes 500 employees and more than 35 healthcare providers. The hospital earned Health- grades' 2017 Outstanding Patient Experience Award. Ms. McDaniel also serves as chairman of the governing board for the Iowa Rural ACO, which participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Michelle McEwen. President and CEO of Speare Memorial Hos- pital (Plymouth, N.H.). Ms. McEwen oversaw the completion of a $15 million renovation to Speare Memorial Hospital in 2006 as president and CEO. The hospital then added a sleep lab in 2010 and a hyperbaric medicine center in 2014. Ms. McEwen is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and board member of the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership, a collaborative of organizations aimed at improving community healthcare. David Miller. President of River Falls (Wis.) Area Hospital. Be- fore joining River Falls Area Hospital, Mr. Miller served as the vice president of operations for St. Paul, Minn.-based United Hospital for 10 years. Mr. Miller is a former nationally registered paramedic and has served as president of Allina Health Emergency Medical Services and Allina Health Urgent Care Clinics. He currently serves on the board of the nonprofit Life Link III, which provides safe and effective medical air transportation between Minnesota and Wis- consin. Tamara Miller. CEO of Madison (S.D.) Regional Health System. Ms. Miller leads Madison Regional Health System, which includes a 22-bed hospital and 220 employees. She became CEO in 1996. In October 2015, Madison Regional opened a new $36.8 million facil- ity that included wireless computers for patient monitoring, private bathrooms in patient rooms and a birthing center. Ms. Miller was able to obtain funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Ru- ral Development for the project. Kim Monjesky. CEO of Pikes Peak Regional Hospital (Woodland Park, Colo.). In December 2015, Ms. Monjesky transitioned from CFO to CEO of Pikes Peak Regional Hospital. The 15-bed hospital opened in 2007 as part of the Franklin, Tenn.-based Iasis Health- care network. Pike's Peak was one of five Colorado hospitals to re- ceive top HCAHPS survey marks for nurse communication in 2017. Rick Nevers. Senior Vice President of Regional Operations and Systems Integration Officer at Aspirus (Wausau, Wis.) and In- terim President of Aspirus Medford (Wis.) In January 2017, Mr. Nevers oversaw the ribbon cutting for a new MRI space at Aspirus Medford. He previously served as interim president of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.-based Aspirus Riverview Hospital, where he led the re-branding effort after Aspirus acquired Riverview Hospital in 2015. Julie Petersen. CEO of Kittitas Valley Healthcare (Ellensburg, Wash.). Ms. Peterson joined Kittitas Valley Healthcare as CEO in June 2016. From 2001 to 2009, Ms. Peterson was CFO of PMH Med- ical Center in Prosser (Wash.) Public Hospital District and then served as CEO from 2009 to 2015. She is the past chair of the Wash- ington State Hospital Association and past president of the Associa- tion of Washington Public Hospital Districts. The Prosser Chamber of Commerce named Ms. Peterson the Outstanding Woman of the Year in 2013. Bob Peterson. CEO of Millinocket (Maine) Regional Hospital. Mr. Peterson has served as CEO of Millinocket Regional Hospital since June 2014. Before joining the hospital's executive team, he held numerous healthcare leadership roles, including patient care administrator for surgery and women and children's services at Bangor-based Eastern Maine Medical Center. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Michele Pilon. President and CNO of Transylvania Regional Hospital (Brevard, N.C.). Ms. Pilon became president and CNO of Transylvania Regional Hospital in October 2016. She is responsi- ble for overseeing clinical service development initiatives. She also leads the hospital's initiative to construct a new emergency depart- ment. Ms. Pilon previously served as CNO of Memorial Hospital of Martinsville (Va.) and chief nurse executive of Statesville, N.C.- based Davis Regional Medical Center. Lisa M. Radtke. Chief Administrative Officer of Winneshiek Medical Center (Decorah, Iowa). Ms. Radtke is the chief admin- istrative officer of Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic Health Sys- tem's Winneshiek Medical Center and regional administrator for human resources for the Southwest Wisconsin Region. She spent 17 years as a behavioral health counselor and director at Mayo Clinic Health System before taking on administrative roles.
