Erie VA Medical Center ap- pointed Mr. Gennaro director in 2016. He oversees a $144 million annual budget, 715 employees and more than 21,000 veterans. roughout the VA system, Mr. Gennaro has held numerous positions including director of VA Butler (Pa.) Healthcare, deputy director of VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System and associate director of Erie VA Medical Center. Katelyn Gleason. Founder and CEO of Eligi- ble (New York City). Since founding Eligible, a medical billing and infrastructure company, Ms. Gleason has watched her company grow to process more than 15 million transactions per month. She founded the company in No- vember 2011, and by the end of 2017, Eligible is projected to process 50 million transactions. With Ms. Gleason at the helm, the company has raised more than $25 million in venture funding and grew by 53 employees with plans to add 22 more employees by the end of 2017. Mathew S. Hanley. CFO of OSF Saint Antho- ny's Health Center (Alton, Ill.). Mr. Hanley became CFO of OSF Saint Anthony's in 2016 aer serving as the director of strategic affili- ation for Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare, where he developed a systemwide automated contractual allowance model that was used for more than 10 years. OSF acquired Saint Antho- ny's Health Center in November 2014, and in his current position Mr. Hanley is responsible for developing and executing the five-year stra- tegic plan to bring the hospital up to system- wide operating performance standards. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hanley was a senior audit and advisory associate at KPMG's healthcare and pharmaceuticals division. William Haugh. CEO of Georgetown (Ky.) Community Hospital and Market President of Bluegrass Community Hospital (Ver- sailles, Ky.). e 75-bed Georgetown Commu- nity Hospital and Bluegrass Community Hos- pital aligned in 2016, with Mr. Haugh serving as market president of both hospitals. Brent- wood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health named Mr. Haugh CEO of the Year in 2016 for em- bodying LifePoint's key corporate values. With Mr. Haugh at the helm as CEO, Georgetown has reported major improvements in physician satisfaction and engagement. President and CEO of CareMore Health Plan (Cerritos, Calif.). Dr. Jain is responsible for CareMore Health Plan, a subsidiary of Anthem that spans eight states. He previously served as the company's CMO and COO, and before joining CareMore, served as chief medical information and in- novation officer for Merck & Co. During the Obama administration, Dr. Jain was the senior advisor to Acting CMS Secretary Donald Ber- wick, MD, and first deputy director for policy and programs at CMS' Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. She was the vice president of finance for Loma Linda University Health before taking on her current position in 2015. She previously worked for both Deloitte and McGladrey. Ms. Lalas earned her masters in business administration from Claremont (Ca- lif.) Graduate University. Kent Lehr. Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at UnityPoint Health (Des Moines, Iowa). Mr. Lehr took on his cur- rent position in January. As vice president of strategy and business development, he is head of project management innovation and busi- ness development for UnityPoint Health.
