Piedmont Newton Hospital in Covington,
Ga., selected Jeremiah Bame, RN, to serve as
CNO.
Mary Beck, DNP, RN, was promoted from
chief nurse and vice president of patient care
services at Bone Hospital Center in Columbia,
Mo., to CNO of Columbia-based University of
Missouri Health Care.
Southeast Georgia Health System in Bruns-
wick named Robert J. Bernasek, MD, as
CMO.
Riverton, Wyo.-based SageWest Health Care
selected Vickie Bessey, MSN, BSN, RN, to
serve as permanent CNO.
Margaret Coster, MSN, RN, retired from her
post as CEO and CNO of Fairmont (W.Va.)
Regional Medical Center April 30.
Sevierville, Tenn.-based LeConte Medical
Center's CNO Jennifer DeBow le her role.
Carol Pahde, CNO of Lenoir City, Tenn.-
based Fort Loudoun Medical Center, is
serving as acting CNO for LeConte Medical
Center. Both hospitals are part of Knoxville,
Tenn.-based Covenant Health.
Cortland (N.Y.) Regional Medical Center
named Russell Firman, MD, as its new CMO.
El Paso, Texas-based Del Sol Medical Center
named Annie Garcia, BSN, as CNO, effective
June 5.

nated its CMO position, which had been held
by Vivian von Gruenigen, MD.
Jean Ten Haken, MSN, RN, the senior vice
president of patient care services and CNO of
Manchester, N.H.-based Elliot Health System,
became the system's COO May 1.
La Porte (Ind.) Hospital and Starke Hospital
in Knox, Ind., appointed Anetra Jones, BSN,
RN, CNO.
Charles Kilo, MD, announced he would leave
his role as CMO of Portland-based OHSU
Healthcare. Michael Bonazzola, MD, took
over as the interim CMO.
St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, Calif.,
tapped Eugene P. Kim, MD, to serve as CMO.
Suzanne Labriola, DO, was named CMO of Al-
legheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, Pa.
Loyola University Medical Center in May-
wood, Ill., appointed Joshua Lee, MD, CMO.
He succeeds Chad Whelan, MD, who took on
the role of LUMC president.
Shoshone Medical Center in Kellogg, Idaho,
selected Karen Mann, RN, to serve as CNO.

vice president of clinical operations and chief

ral senior vice president and CMO, effective
