Community Health Center of Branch County President and CEO Randy DeGroot said the hospital's sale to Toledo, Ohio- based ProMedica will be delayed until at least January 2018 to accommodate the passing of state legislation to make the hospital a nonprofit entity. Chicago-based Northwestern Medicine will likely finalize its partnership agreement with Crystal Lake, Ill.-based Centegra Health System by the end of the year. Batesville, Ark.-based White River Health System partnered with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Hospital and Health Systems Executive Moves Cincinnati-based Mercy Health named Ken James interim CEO of Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati and Clermont Hospital in Batavia, Ohio. Abilene, Kan.-based Memorial Health System appointed Harold Courtois CEO, effective July 24. Mountain View, Calif.-based El Camino Hospital tapped Dan Woods to serve as CEO. Joanne M. Conroy, MD, will serve as the new president and CEO of Lebanon, N.H.- based Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Dartmouth- Hitchcock Health. Estes Park (Colo.) Medical Center named Tim Cashman CFO. Mount Desert Island Hospital in Bar Harbor, Maine, appointed Stuart Davidson, MD, CMO. Chillicothe, Ohio-based Adena Health System named Jeffrey J. Graham president and CEO, effective July 31. Manchester, Iowa-based Regional Medical Center hired Charles Button to serve as CEO, effective Aug. 28. Casper-based Wyoming Medical Center tapped Michele Chulick, BSN, to lead as president and CEO, effective Aug. 1. Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) Medical Center selected Dianne Goldenberg to serve as CEO.
