Every LSS patient is different. So why are we still treating them all the same way? For decades, we've been treating lumbar spinal stenosis cases with the same binary approach: decompression for those patients with mild to moderate disease severity, and decompression with some form of fusion for more severe cases. But there's a whole universe of patients who need a treatment solution that sits somewhere in the middle of those pathways. These are patients with moderate to severe stenosis, but without the gross instability that necessitates the permanence of fusion. It's time to consider coflex ® Interlaminar Stabilization ® for these patients. It's a treatment solution that enables you to perform a more extensive surgical decompression (up to 50% bilateral partial medial facetectomies), without the need for fusion, while immediately and sustainably preserving the clinical benefit of your decompression. Now with coding clarity from the AMA. Learn more at www.paradigmspine.com coflex ® and Interlaminar Stabilization® are registered trademarks of Paradigm Spine, LLC.
