She previously served as interim CEO of Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, Iowa, and as regional clinic director of Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City for five years. iVantage Health Analytics placed PACHS among the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the country in 2016. PACHS is comprised of Palo Alto County Hospital, three medical clinics and numerous other services. Community Memorial Hospital's board of trustees appointed Sean Fadale CEO in August 2012. As a 25-bed critical access hospital, Community Memorial Hospital is a safety net for the people of central New York, sitting about 218 miles north of New York City.
