clinics and sold a fourth clinic at its Dear-
born, Mich., location to Long Beach, Ca-
lif.-based Molina Medical Management.
Keokuk (Iowa) Health Systems and Des
Moines, Iowa-based UnityPoint Health
signed a non-binding agreement to dis-
cuss a potential affiliation.
The board of directors for both Salinas
(Calif.) Valley Memorial Healthcare Sys-
tem and Community Hospital of the
Monterey (Calif.) Peninsula unanimous-
ly voted to approve a multimillion dollar
partnership. n
