CEO and CMO of Catskill Regional Med- ical Center (Harris, N.Y.). Dr. Galarneau joined the Greater Hudson Valley Health System, the parent organization of Catskill Regional Medical Center and Middletown, N.Y.-based Orange Regional Medical Center, in 2013. In addition to his current roles at CRMC, Dr. Galar- neau, who is board-certified in urology, practices with Catskill Regional Medical Group and has been an active Orange Regional Medical Cen- ter medical staff member since 2000. He has held various positions at ORMC, including chairman of the department of urology. A member of the American Urological Association, Dr. Galarneau is the winner of the 2016 Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Achieve- ment Award. Raj Garg, MD. President and CEO of Cancer Treatment Centers of America (Boca Raton, Fla.). Dr. Garg became president and CEO of Cancer Treatment Centers of America in June and also serves on the organization's national board of directors. He earned his medical degree from Stanford (Calif.) University Medical School and a law degree from New Haven, Conn.-based Yale Law School. Bryce Gartland, MD. CEO of Emory University Hospital (Atlanta). Dr. Gartland was promoted from COO of Emory University Hospital to CEO in August 2015. In addition, Dr. Gartland serves at the helm of Emory University Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital and Emory University Hospital at Wesley Woods. Dr. Gilfillan's healthcare leadership experience spans 25 years in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Aer launching the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation in 2010, Dr. Gilfillan served as its first director. Before that, he was president and CEO of Geisinger Health Plan and executive vice president of insurance operations for Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System. Dr. Gilfillan began his career as a family medicine physician. Larry Goodman, MD. CEO of Rush University Medical Center (Chi- cago). Dr. Goodman is the president of Rush University, president of the Rush System for Health and principal officer of the Rush board of trustees in addition to leading Rush University Medical Center as CEO. Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Goodman served as senior vice president for medical affairs at Rush University Medical Center and the Henry R. Russe Dean of Rush Medical College. Dr. Goodman has been published in various publications, including JAMA and the Journal of Infectious Diseases. His research primarily focuses on infectious diseas- es, particularly gastrointestinal infections in HIV-positive patients. He has earned the Phoenix Award for Clinical Teacher of the Year from Rush Medical College three times and served as a team member for the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, a national organization that accredits medical schools. Bill Gorski, MD. President and CEO of SwedishAmerican Health Sys- tem (Rockford, Ill.). Dr. Gorski has served as president and CEO of SwedishAmerican Health System since 2001. He also currently serves on the system's board of directors. He maintained a clinical practice at SwedishAmerican Hospital for 21 years and held a variety of leadership roles, including chair of family medicine, vice president of the hospital's medical staff, president of SwedishAmerican Medical Group and health system CMO. President and CEO of Lahey Health System (Burlington, Mass.). Prior to his role as president and CEO of Lahey Health System, Dr. Grant, a physician and attorney, acted as president and CEO of Lahey Clinic. He has also served at the helm of Lahey Health since it was created by the Lahey Clinic Foundation and Bev- erly, Mass.-based Northeast Health System merger in May 2012. Dean and CEO of NYU Langone Medical Center (New York City). Dr. Grossman was named the Saul J. Farber Dean and CEO of NYU Langone Medical Center in July 2007. In this role, he oversees both NYU School of Medicine and NYU Langone Health System, which is comprised of the Tisch Hospital, the Hospital for Joint Diseases, Hassenfeld Children's Hospital, NYU Lutheran and Rusk Rehabilitation. Dean Gruner, MD. President and CEO of edaCare (Appleton, Wis.). Dr. Gruner has served as president and CEO of edaCare, a community-owned health system, since 2008. He has served in multi- ple leadership positions with edaCare and its affiliates since it was founded as Novus Health Group in 1987, including CMO and senior vice president. Dr. Gruner was previously a practicing family physician with Family Doctors, S.C., which affiliated with edaCare in 1994. He was also a founding physician and CMO for TouchPoint Health Plan, which was bought by UnitedHealthcare in 2004. Alan Guerci, MD. President and CEO of Catholic Health Services (Rockville Centre, N.Y.). Dr. Guerci stepped into his current role as president and CEO of Catholic Health Services in July 2013. Previously, he served as executive vice president of CHS and CEO of CHS' St. Fran- cis Hospital in Roslyn, N.Y.; Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Cen- tre, N.Y.; and St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage, N.Y.
