15 SPINE LEADERSHIP The power of a unique process. OSTEOAMP does more than just provide the structural scaffold for bone growth. Its unique process delivers an allograft with the clinical benefit of growth factors found in bone and bone marrow. OSTEOAMP provides essential elements supporting bone formation, backed by science, to meet the surgeon's need for a proven allograft that can achieve solid fusion outcomes. OSTEOAMP may be used in situations where an autograft is appropriate, such as spinal fusion procedure. It should be restricted to homologous use for the repair, replacement or reconstruction of musculoskeletal defects. Please see OSTEOAMP instructions for use for complete list of contraindications, warnings, and precautions. 1.
