Prior to Richland, the La Crosse, Wis., native served in executive roles at a number of healthcare institutions, including Mercy Medical Center in New Hampton, Iowa, Avera Marshall (Minn.) Regional Medical Center, the Riverview Hospital Association in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., and St. Joseph's Hospital in Ar- cadia, Wis. Mr. Roesler is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Iowa Hospital Association. Rob Santilli. CEO of Gunnison (Colo.) Val- ley Hospital. e Gunnison Valley Hospital board of trustees appointed Mr. Santilli CEO in October 2012. Under Mr. Santilli's leader- ship, the hospital executed a successful finan- cial turnaround that year, when lower-than-ex- pected patient revenues threatened to make the hospital default on its bonds. GVH has since accumulated numerous national awards relat- ed to quality care and patient satisfaction. Mr. Santilli holds various leadership positions out- side of the hospital and sits on the Colorado Hospital Association board of trustees. Justin Selle. CEO of Pike County Memorial Hospital (Louisiana, Mo.). Mr. Selle has been with Pike County Memorial Hospital a little more than two years, a time during which he transitioned from hospital COO to CEO. As COO, Mr. Selle oversaw the implementation of a new EHR system in two PCMH primary care clinics. He is involved with many extra- curricular healthcare organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Execu- tives, the Urgent Care Association of America and the Missouri Association of Local Public Health Agencies. Hank Simpson, MD. CEO of Mayo Clinic Health System-Red Cedar and Vice CMO of Mayo Clinic Health System (Menomonie, Wis.). Dr. Simpson has served as CEO of Red Cedar and vice CMO of Mayo Clinic Health System since 2004. Prior to his current appoint- ments, he was medical director at Mayo Clinic Health System-Red Cedar for seven years. Mr. Simpson earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and complet- ed his residency at the University of Wiscon- sin's Department of Family Medicine through the Eau Clair (Wis.) Family Practice Residency. Philip J. Stuart. Administrator and CEO of Tomah (Wis.) Memorial Hospital. Mr. Stu- art has served as administrator and CEO of Tomah Memorial Hospital since 1995. He has also served two terms as president of the Wis- consin Hospital Association's western region. Under his leadership, the hospital completed a $10 million construction and renovation project in 2005 and earned a spot among the National Rural Health Association's Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals in the nation in 2016. Jeanie Vieira. CEO of Providence Hood River (Ore.) Memorial Hospital and the Co- lumbia Gorge Service Area. A Hood River native, Ms. Vieira was named CEO of Provi- dence Hood River Memorial Hospital and the Columbia Gorge Service Area in May, having briefly served as interim CEO since February of this year. Ms. Vieira has more than three de- cades of healthcare experience and has worked at the Providence Hood River facility for 25 years. During that time, she served as COO and nursing executive. Harry Weis. Tahoe Forest Hospital (Truckee, Calif.). Mr. Weiss took over as CEO of Tahoe Forest Health System in December 2015. He brings more than 39 years of healthcare experi- ence to the hospital system. Mr. Weis has a prov- en track record of helping underperforming medical facilities and is credited with successful financial turnaround of Natividad Medical Cen- ter in Monterey, Calif., where he implemented nearly $50 million in capital improvements. Ken Westman. CEO of Barrett Memori- al Hospital (Dillon, Mont.). Mr. Westman joined Barrett Memorial Hospital as CEO in 2011. Prior to his current role, Mr. Westman served as COO and nursing home administra- tor of Bigfork (Minn.) Valley Hospital. Under his leadership, Barrett Memorial moved into a new 83,000-square-foot facility, which earned a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold certificate. He received a master's degree in public health from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Richard Willett. President and CEO of Red- ington-Fairview General Hospital (Skow- hegan, Maine). Mr. Willet joined RFGH in 1972 as director of pharmacy and took over as CEO in October 1991. Mr. Willett is an active member of the Maine Hospital Associ- ation where he has held numerous leadership positions. He serves as chair of MHA's public policy council and is a board member of the MHA Associates Health Resources. Under his leadership, the hospital was named a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital by iVantage Health Analytics in 2015. Joseph Woodin. President and CEO of Mar- tha's Vineyard Hospital (Oak Bluffs, Mass.). Mr. Woodin is a recent addition to Martha's Vineyard Hospital; he became president and CEO of the Oaks Bluffs-based facility in May. Prior to his current role, he served as admin- istrator of Randolph, Vt.-based Gifford Med- ical Center for 17 years. During his tenure at Gifford, he oversaw the expansion of Gifford's network of community health centers and the expansion of its patient services, including the creation of a hospitalist program in 2006. Gerald Worrick. President and CEO of Min- istry Door County Medical Center (Sturgeon Bay, Wis.). Mr. Worrick has served as presi- dent and CEO of Ministry Door County Me- morial Hospital for more than 28 years. Prior to joining DCMC in 1987, Mr. Worrick held a variety of administrative positions at hospi- tals in Chicago and Eau Claire, Wis., as well as leadership roles within the American Hospital Association. He earned a master's degree in hospital and healthcare administration from Saint Louis University. Robert Wright. CEO of Newman Region- al Health (Emporia, Kan.). Mr. Wright has gained more than three decades of healthcare financial and leadership experience at a vari- ety of organizations across the county, though his preferred healthcare setting is a smaller, community hospital environment. Mr. Wright has served as CEO at a number of hospitals, including Regional General Hospital in Wil- liston, Fla., Kindred Hospital Peoria (Ill.), In- gham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, Mich., and Bay Regional Medical Center in Bay City, Mich.
