Outpatient Surgery Center, a position he held for more than seven years. David Ornelas, JD, is the administrator and CEO of Loveland (Colo.) Surgery Center. He serves on the Colorado Ambulatory Surgery Center Association's board of directors and is a member of CASCA's Government Rela- tions Committee. He received his law degree from St. Paul, Minn.-based William Mitchell College of Law, and he is interested in health policy, economics and legislation. Diana Ostrom, RN, serves as practice administrator of Grossnickle Eye Center in Warsaw, Ind. She oversees the surgery center, which includes six ophthalmologists and five optometrists. Ms. Ostrom is also the presi- dent of the Indiana Federation of Ambula- tory Surgical Centers. Nancy Page is the administrator of Southwest Surgical Center in Edina, Minn. She serves as secretary on the board of the Minnesota Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. Larry Parrish is the administrator of Illinois Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Surgery Center in Morton Grove. He has served as the ASC's administrator for more than 10 years.
