Chief Quality Officer Moves
Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth
named Mark Adams, MD, a board-cer-
tified general and vascular surgeon, as
CMO.
Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin,
based in Brookfield, named Ken Bertka,
MD, as CMO.
Melissa Burns, RN, CNO of Marysville,
Calif.-based Rideout Health, was promot-
ed to the system's COO.
Englewood (N.J.) Hospital and Medical
Center named Mary Ann Donohue-Ry-
an, PhD, BSN, RN, as CNO.
Worcester, Mass.-based Fallon Health
named omas Ebert, MD, as executive
vice president and CMO.
Patrick Faricy, MD, CMO of Colorado
Springs, Colo.-based Memorial Hospital,
retired. He became the hospital's CMO in
2011.
Houston Methodist e Woodlands (Tex-
as) Hospital, which will open in 2017,
chose Kerrie Guerrero, DNP, MSN, RN,
as its vice president and CNO.

ed Danny Wharton, RN, as CNO.
James "Jim" Wells, BSN, RN, was
promoted to CNO of EASTAR Health
System in Muskogee, Okla. He was pre-
viously the hospital's chief quality officer
and assistant CNO.
