customer base, Xenex now guarantees a minimum of
10% reduction in reported C. diff and MRSA rates for
hospitals that adopt the Xenex Operating Plan as their
standard of care. Reductions are measured in the first
12 months following implementation. If the guarantee
is not met, the Customer may return the robots and
