72 Florence Spyrow. Interim CEO of Hammond-Henry Hospital (Geneseo, Ill.). Ms. Spyrow was appointed inter- im CEO of Hammond-Henry Hospital in December 2014. Most recently, Ms. Spyrow was the senior vice president of Davenport, Iowa-based Genesis Health System and the president of Genesis Med- ical Center in Silvis, Ill. Before joining Genesis, she spent 20 years with Trinity Regional Health System (now UnityPoint Health-Trinity) based in Rock Island, Ill. Ms. Spyrow received her law degree from the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Ward VanWichen. CEO of Phillips County Hospital (Malta, Mont.). Mr. VanWichen has been at the helm of Phillips County Hospital since 2007. He holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and management from Montana State University-Billings and has a background in nursing, as he earned a BSN from Montana State University. Timothy J. Walsh. President and CEO of Martha's Vineyard Hospital (Oak Bluffs, Mass.). Mr. Walsh started his career at Martha's Vineyard in 2000 when he joined as CFO. He was promoted to CEO two years later. Before joining this island hospital, Mr. Walsh served as senior vice president of finance at Caritas Carney Hospital in Boston. Mr. Walsh earned a master's degree in accounting from Bent- ley College in Waltham, Mass., and also holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. Ken Westman. CEO of Barrett Memorial Hospital (Dillon, Mont.). Mr. West- man began serving Barrett Hospital and HealthCare in 2011, but he has racked up more than 20 years of healthcare expe- rience throughout his career. Outside of work, Mr. Westman serves on the Montana Rural Healthcare Performance Improvement Network Advisory Board and South Central Montana Area Health Education Center Advisory Council, among others. He also coaches youth soc- cer and plays violin at his church, hospital and at other volunteer functions. Richard Willett. CEO of Reding- ton-Fairview General Hospital (Skow- hegan, Maine). Mr. Willett has been CEO of RFGH since October 1991. He originally joined the hospital in 1972 as director of pharmacy. In addition to his post at RFGH, Mr. Willett is a member of the Maine Hospital Association, serves as chair of the MHA Public Policy Coun- cil and is a board member of the MHA Associates Health Resources. Mr. Willett earned an MBA from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and also holds a pharmacy degree from Northeast- ern University in Boston. Gerald Worrick. President and CEO of Ministry Door County Medical Cen- ter (Sturgeon Bay, Wis.). Mr. Worrick has served in his current role at Door County Medical Center since 1987. Prior to joining DCMC, he served in various administrative positions at hospitals in Chicago and Eau Claire, Wis. He has held various leadership positions within the American Hospital Association including past-chair of the governing council for the AHA Section for Small or Rural Hospitals. Mr. Worrick earned a master's degree in hospital and healthcare administration from Saint Louis University. Glenn Zevenbergen. CEO of Hegg Memorial Health Center Avera (Rock Valley, Iowa). Mr. Zevenbergen served as the director of laboratory and ancil- lary services at Hegg Memorial Hospital and the director of Hegg Medical Clinic before being made CEO of Hegg Memo- rial Health Center in 2003. He is a current board member for the following organi- zations: the Iowa Hospital Association, Community Health Partners and Creative Living Center. He is also the chair of his local church council, a Community Day- care Planning Committee member and a Foster Grandparent & Senior Companion Programs member for the Rotary Club of Rock Valley.
