99 Stanton M. Nelson (Foundation HealthCare). Mr. Nelson serves as the CEO of Foundation HealthCare. Foundation HealthCare is an organization that owns and operates surgically-focused hospitals. e company became public in 2013 allowing the company to strengthen its goal of acquiring surgi- cal hospitals while developing ASCs and other ancillary service lines under them. Additionally, Mr. Nelson is the vice chairman of the Board of Valliance Bank. He previously served as CEO of Monroe-Stephens Broadcasting, a pri- vately held company that owned and operated radio stations in Southwest Oklahoma and North Texas. Sean O'Neal (SurgCenter Development). Mr. O'Neal is the founding prin- cipal of SurgCenter and has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management. He has been an asset in bridging the gap between physicians and hospital administration by facilitating numerous physician joint ven- tures. One of Mr. O'Neal's leading joint ventures was an ASC he developed with ophthalmologist, Gregory George, MD. He and Dr. George formed SurgCenter Development and together have developed more than 105 suc- cessful physician-owned ASCs. Vito Quatela, MD (Ambulatory Healthcare Strategies). Dr. Quatela found- ed Ambulatory Healthcare Strategies, an ASC management company, in 2009 with John J. Goehle. Dr. Quatela, a board-certified facial plastic and recon- structive surgeon, and he previously served as president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He has developed and owns two surgery centers in Rochester, N.Y. Lori Ramirez (Elite Surgical Affiliates). Ms. Ramirez is the president and CEO of Elite Surgical Affiliates, which she founded in 2008. Elite Surgical Affiliates is a management and development company for sur- gical facilities with a special focus in orthopedics, spine and pain. Ms. Ramirez has 12 years of prior experience in surgical development, opera- tions and management, which she uses to grow her development com- pany. Ms. Ramirez previously was responsible for developing the second largest network of surgical facilities for United Surgical Partners Inter- national in Houston. While working for USPI, she generated $40 million annually in revenues for the company, while maintaining a 35 percent average profit margin. Stephen Rosenbaum (Interventional Management Services). Mr. Rosen- baum is the CEO and board member of Interventional Management Services and has worked in the healthcare field for the last 20 years. Interventional Management Services is an ambulatory surgery center management and de- velopment company owned by physicians in Atlanta. Mr. Rosenbaum has worked with numerous physicians and physician-owned facilities through- out this career, with most of his work being for surgery centers, hospitals and physician practices. Mr. Rosenbaum created Interventional Management Services with Robin Fowler, MD, aer joining Interventional Spine and Man- agement Center in August 2008. Kenneth R. Ross (Solara Surgical Partners). Mr. Ross is the CEO of Solara Surgical Partners. Solara Surgical Partners is a development and management company that has worked with more than 100 facilities across the United States since it was founded in 2008. He has more than 30 years of management experience in the healthcare, energy and finance industries. Mr. Ross founded and developed Solara Healthcare and is re- sponsible for the growth and operating results for seven long-term acute care hospitals. Donald Schellpfeffer, MD (Medical Facilities Corp.). Dr. Schellpfeffer is presently the CFO of Medical Facilities Corp. Medical Facilities Corp. is a management company that owns more than 51 percent interest in an am- bulatory surgery center in California. Dr. Schellpfeffer has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in ambulatory surgical environments. Dr. Schellpfeffer is the original founder of Sioux Falls (S.D.) Specially Hospital and is a member of its management committee. Matt Searles (Merritt Healthcare). Mr. Searles has been a partner with Mer- ritt Healthcare for the last 14 years and has worked to develop, manage and advise several healthcare facilities in the United States. Within the last five years, Merritt has completed more than $300 million in healthcare transac- tions including sales of surgery centers, surgical hospitals in addition to the representation of hospital systems acquiring outpatient facilities. Mr. Searles earned his BA from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and his MBA from Duke University in Durham, N.C. John R. Seitz (ManageMyASC). Mr. Seitz is the CEO and co-founder of ManageMyASC. He has with more than 25 years of experience in the health- care industry. ManageMyASC is a management company that devises solu- tions to ASC owners and operators through its management reporting and team of industry experts. At ManageMyASC, Mr. Seitz oversees the business development, operations as well as the financial management of the com- pany.
