97 Douglas Dewey (Murphy Healthcare Group). Mr. Dewey, Murphy Health- care Group's CEO, joined the company in 2012. Before then, he has served as a director at Barclays and a principal at Sanford C. Bernstein, a broker-dealer. He focuses on sales, strategy and hospital partnerships. Murphy Health- care Group is an ASC development, management and turnaround company founded by Robert Murphy. Michael Doyle (Surgery Partners). As CEO of Surgery Partners, Mr. Doyle heads the day-to-day operations of the company as well as new partnerships. He has extensive experience in healthcare management, and spent 10 years at a large healthcare organization where he held a number of leadership posi- tions, including senior vice president of operations. In 2012, he led Surgery Partners in the successful acquisition and integration of Novamed. He also led the company through the acquisition of Symbion. He has practical expe- rience in developing and managing a number of healthcare services. Ronald A. Duperroir (Clarity Development). Mr. Duperroir is principal of e Clarity Companies, which includes Clarity Development, Clarity Re- alty, Clarity Bariatrics and Clarity Government Services. In the past he has held the role of senior vice president at Cirrus Health and vice president of administration at Baylor Health Care System, now known as Baylor Scott & White Healthcare in Dallas. He has wide-ranging operations experience, in- cluding expertise in resource loading, scope preparation, client relationships and continuous design improvement. Gregory George, MD, PhD (SurgCenter Development). Dr. George, along with Sean O'Neal, is a founding principal and CEO of SurgCenter Develop- ment. A trained ophthalmologist, he earned his medical degree at Duke Uni- versity in Durham, N.C. Under Dr. George and Mr. O'Neal's leadership, Surg- Center Development has established more than 105 physician-owned ASCs. Kyle Goldammer (Partners Medical Consulting). Mr. Goldammer is CEO of Partners Medical Consulting, a healthcare consulting company. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and he previously served as CFO at Sioux Falls Surgical Hospital and senior vice president of finance at Surgical Management Professionals. He also has experience in the nonprofit sector. Mr. Goldammer focuses on full-service finance functions, clinical operations, business processes and reimbursement. Kenneth Hancock (Meridian Surgical Partners). Mr. Hancock is president and chief development officer at Meridian Surgical Partners. He formerly served as executive vice president, chief development officer and co-found- er of Surgical Alliance Corporation, a specialty surgical hospital company. He also co-founded OrthoLink Physicians in 1996, which was acquired by United Surgical Partners International in 2001. He has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field and is a published author. Andrew Hayek (Surgical Care Affiliates). Mr. Hayek serves as president and CEO of Surgical Care Affiliates. Prior to SCA, Mr. Hayek served as the presi- dent of a division of DaVita Healthcare Partners, as president and COO of Alliance Healthcare Services and in roles at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., and the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Andrew also serves on the board of SCA and the board of advisors of Sg2, and he is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University in New Haven, Conn. Edward P. Hetrick (Development and Management). Mr. Hetrick is the presi- dent and CEO of Facility Development and Management, a role he has held for more than 11 years. Facility Development and Management provides consulta- tive, developmental and managerial services for ASCs throughout the country. Jeremy Hogue (Sovereign Healthcare). Mr. Hogue is the co-founder, presi- dent and CEO of Sovereign Healthcare. He previously served as vice presi- dent of Audax Group, where he launched and ran the firm's West Coast office and directed investments into several early-stage and middle-market busi- nesses. Prior to Audax Group, Mr. Hogue consulted with several businesses, including Surgery Centers of America. He also has an MBA from the Univer- sity of Southern California and a JD from Harvard Law School.
