Kingsport, Tenn., announced it
will become the new owner of
Greeneville, Tenn.-based Takoma
Regional Hospital.
Marietta, Ga.-based WellStar
Health System began negotiations
to buy Dallas-based Tenet Health-
care's five hospitals in Georgia.
Yakima (Wash.) Valley Memorial
Hospital is moving forward to af-
filiate with Seattle-based Virginia
Mason Medical Center, pending
completion of a definitive agree-
ment.
