Fredericksburg, Va.-based Mary Washington Healthcare promoted Eileen Dohmann to senior vice president and CNO. Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville, N.C., appoint- ed David Ellis, MD, as permanent CMO. He had been serving as interim CMO of the hospital since November 2014. Patricia "Pidge" Gooch, RN, was named CNO of Kaiser Permanente in the Central Valley, a region in- cluding two hospitals in Modesto and Manteca, Calif. Salem (Ore.) Health hired Steve Gordon, MD, as CMO. He was previously vice president for care transformation at PeaceHealth in Vancouver, Wash., and has also served as PeaceHealth's chief quality officer. Henry Ford West Bloomfield (Mich.) Hospital promoted Karen Harris, RN, to chief nursing and operations executive. Jacqueline Herd, DNP, was named vice president and CNO of Midtown Medical Center in Colum- bus, Ga. July Holt, RN, was named CNO of Cincinnati- based The Christ Hospital Health Network. St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell, N.Y., named Raymond J. Mayewski, MD, as interim CMO and medical director. Cape Regional Health System in Cape May Court House, N.J., appointed Andrea McCoy, MD, as CMO. Tracey Moffatt, RN, was named system CNO and vice president of quality at New Orleans-based Ochsner Health System. James W. Morris II, MD, was named CMO of University Medical Center in Lebanon, Tenn., ef- fective Aug. 3. Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth named Mi- chael Murphy, MD, as its first system-level CMO. Dr. Murphy is a board-certified OB-GYN. Green Bay, Wis.-based Prevea Health added Laura Nelson, MD, to the organization as vice president and CMO-Northern Division.
