In addition, she is founder and president of Axis Management & Billing Services and admin- istrator at the Surgery Center of Weston (Fla.). Holly LeRoux, MS, RN, is a director of operations for PINNACLE III and the ad- ministrator of Boulder (Colo.) Community Musculoskeletal Surgery Center. She has created a culture dedicated to safety and engagement and has renewed the center's focus on efficiency. Prior to joining PINNACLE III, Ms. LeRoux held a variety of leadership and management positions at Kaiser Permanente including director of clinical services and surgical operations for their Colorado ASCs. She has managed up to 140 employees in both clinical and non-clinical operations. Maddie Linder, RN, CASC, is administrator of Bethesda Outpatient Surgery Center, a multispecialty surgery center located in Boynton Beach, Fla. The center is affiliated with AmSurg. Ms. Linder has been at the center for 15 years and has been its administrator for 12 years. Helen Lowenwirth, MBA, CASC, has been administrator at East Side En- doscopy in New York for more than three years. She was previously practice manager for New York Gastroenterology Associates and administrator for Park Avenue Radiologists. Sarah Malaniak, CASC, is administrator at Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy in North Bergen, N.J., a Physicians Endoscopy-affiliated center. Previously, she served as administrator at Teaneck (N.J.) Surgical Center for more than five years. Lori Martin, RN, has been administrator at Summit Surgery Center in Reno, Nev., for six years. Previously, she was director of nursing at the Surgery Cen- ter of Reno. Additionally, Ms. Martin is executive director of clinical opera- tions at Saint Mary's Medical Group in Reno. Stephanie Martin, BSN, RN, CNOR, CASC, is the administrator of Flagler Surgery Center (formerly St. Augustine (Fla.) Surgery Center) a multispe- cialty ASC affiliated with Flagler Hospital. She has overseen the expansion of services at the center including gynecology and general surgery. Most re- cently, she oversaw the addition of a total joint surgery program. Jebby Mathew, MBA, MHA, is a director of operations for PINNACLE III and the administrator of The Orthopaedic and Spine Center of Southern Colo- rado in Colorado Springs. A results-driven business operations strategist, Mr. Mathew enhances operational efficiencies, develops collaborative solutions and directs major initiatives to support critical clinical business processes. Mr. Mathew is a member of American Council of Healthcare Executives and Man- agement Group Medical Association. Prior to joining PINNACLE III, he was the administrator of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston, Texas. Mr. Mathews received his MBA/MHA from the University of Houston Clear Lake and his BA in Psychology from Emory University. Christina McDonald, MHA, is facility administrator of Tampa (Fla.) Out- patient Surgical Facility. The surgery center encompasses 17,500 square feet and includes five operating rooms, six procedure rooms, eight preoperative rooms, eight recovery rooms and a waiting room. It is accredited by The Joint Commission and offers surgical services in a number of specialties such as general surgery, orthopedics, ENT and gynecology. Lianne McDowell, CASC, is administrator of South Portland Surgical Center in Tualatin, Ore. The surgery center is Medicare certified and AAAHC ac- credited. It includes more than 15 providers offering services in orthopedics, anesthesiology and ENT. Stewart McFadden, MHA, MBA, FACMPE, is the executive director at Four Corners Ambulatory Surgery Center in Farmington, N.M. Previously, he held several practice administrator positions. Dave Moody is the administrator of Knightsbridge Surgery Center in Co- lumbus, Ohio, which is a joint venture between physician partners, Regent Surgical Health and OhioHealth in Columbus. He has been the administra- tor there for approximately 12 years, negotiating Knightsbridge's conversion to a joint venture in 2007. Wanda Moratelli, CASC, is administrator of HCA North & West Florida's Plaza Surgery Center in Jacksonville. She has more than 15 years experience as a healthcare executive and helped the center achieve 100 percent success rate with AAAHC and CMS accreditation. Josh Naylor is the administrator of Oklahoma Pain and Wellness and Tulsa (Okla.) Ambulatory Procedure Center. Mr. Naylor has previous experience serving as the manager of operations at BrightStar Care. He earned his mas- ter's degree in healthcare administration from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. Penny Nicarry is the administrator of Endoscopy Center at Robinwood in Hagerstown, Md., which is owned by Partners in Endoscopy and Physicians Endoscopy. She has been administrator since 2002 and helped negotiate the current ownership structure, which has been in place since June 2012. Penny Nichols has been administrator at Greater New Orleans Surgery Cen- ter for more than 12 years. Previously, she served as the business office super- visor for the East Bank Internal Medicine Group in Metarie, La. Kecia Norling, CNOR, CASC, has been at Northwest Ambulatory Surgery Center in Portland since its construction in 2004 and has served as admin- istrator since 2006. The center is affiliated with United Surgical Partners In- ternational. Joseph G. Ollayos is administrator at Tri-Cities Surgery Center in Geneva, Ill., a position he's held since 2006. He has worked in healthcare for more than 10 years and achieved CASC in 2005. He was elected Ambulatory Sur- gery Center Association of Illinois president in 2012 and 2013. Michael Pankey, RN, is administrator at Ambulatory Surgery Center of Spar- tanburg (S.C). He previously served as administrator and clinical resources manager at other centers and spent 10 years in the Army Reserves. He has been president of the South Carolina ASC Association.
