She has served in this role since May 2013. The surgery center was established in 1986. It includes urologists, ophthalmologists, general surgeons, anesthesiologists and advanced nurse practitioners. The center is accredited by the Ac- creditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and certified by CMS. Tracy Hoeft-Hoffman, RN, MSN, MBA, CASC, is administrator at Fremont (Neb.) Health Surgery Center, a position she has held for more than three years. She previously served as administra- tor of Hastings Surgical Center. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and has been involved in the Nebraska Association of In- dependent Ambulatory Centers. Erika Horstmann, RN, MSN, CASC, is a director of operations for PINNACLE III where she has man- aged several ASC facilities in Wisconsin and Illinois. Her management skills foster efficient, engaged staff and positive surgery center environments. Ms. Horstmann holds an MSN from Loyola University. Ann Hurd is also director of nursing and admin- istrator at the Advanced Surgery Institute in Santa Rosa, Calif., which is a partnership between Re- gent Surgical Health and Santa Rosa (Calif.) Me- morial Hospital. She practices as a staff nurse at the hospital, which is part of the St. Joseph Health System in Eureka, Calif. James Kamps, RN, MBA, CNOR, has been ad- ministrator for nearly three years at Surgery Cen- ter at Tanasbourne in Hillsboro, Ore., which is a joint venture with Providence Health Systems in Portland, Ore. Previously, he served as adminis- trator at an independent multispecialty surgery center, Wilshire Surgery Center, near Portland. Kathy Kelly is the administrator of Nueterra- affiliated Viewmont Surgery Center in Hickory, N.C. She is responsible for managing and orga- nizing all aspects of the facility's operations. Be- fore joining VSC in 2013, Kelly spent more than 13 years at Catawba Valley Medical Center as the scheduling coordinator, operating room RN and surgical tech, and she has prior ASC admin- istrative experience at the Surgical Institute of Michigan. Ms. Kelly holds a BS in Biology from Campbell University, BSN from Lenoir Rhyne University, and MSN in Nursing Education from Walden University. Wendy Kelley, CASC, has been administrator at Cool Springs Surgery Center in Nashville, Tenn., for nearly 10 years. The multispecialty center was founded in 2000 as a freestanding, five-OR facility. Janie Kinsey, RN, CASC, is administrator at St. Luke's Surgicenter – Lee's Summit (Mo.). She previously served as nurse manager at the Surgery Center of Leawood and has experience in contract negotiations, physician recruitment, healthcare marketing and business operations. Rikki Knight, RN, BHS, MHA, is executive direc- tor and administrator at Lakeview Surgery Center in West Des Moines, Iowa. She began as director of clinical services at the center and has been ex- ecutive director and administrator of the center for more than two years. She has more than 25 years of experience in the ASC industry. She is also presi- dent for the board of the Iowa ASC Association. Debbie Krawczyk has been the administrator at Summit Surgery Center in Beverly Hills, Calif. for five years. She was previously office manager at Beverly Hills (Calif.) Surgery Center. Diane Lampron, BSN, CASC, a director of op- erations for PINNACLE III since 2008, is the ad- ministrator of The Surgery Center at Lutheran and assists with operational oversight at Peak One Surgery Center. Both ASCs are located in Colo- rado. She has developed new programs at the fa- cilities she has served in and is actively involved in the continued improvement of clinical operations. Prior to joining PINNACLE III, Ms. Lampron was the manager of the surgery service line for Cen- tura Health's Porter Hospital. She has more than 25 years of progressive healthcare experience and holds a BSN from Wayne State University. Carla Lauenstein is the administrator of Southwest Lincoln (Neb.) Surgery Center, affiliated with Blue Chip Surgical Center Partners.
