Margaret Adams, CASC, is the administrator Riddle Surgical Center in Media, Pa., and a group vice presi- dent of Nueterra. She previously served as a nurse and has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She oversees the 17,500 square-foot multi- specialty center that features four operating rooms and two procedure rooms. Nancy Akers, RN, BSN, CLNC, is a director of op- erations for PINNACLE III and the administrator of Foothills Surgery Center in Boulder, Colo. She joined PINNACLE III in 2015. Ms. Akers previously served as administrator for Surgical Center at Premier and Centrum Surgical Center. She possesses nearly 20 years of healthcare experience and holds a BSN from Radford University. Traci Albers is the executive director of High Pointe Sur- gery Center in Lake Elmo, Minn., and North Memorial Ambulatory Surgery Center at Maple Grove (Minn.). Both centers are affiliated with Surgical Management Professionals. Ms. Albers has more than 15 years of ex- perience in ASC and healthcare management. Amy Allard is administrative director of Ramapo Val- ley Surgical Center in Ramsey, N.J. The center opened in 2005 and offers ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management and podiatry procedures. Ms. Al- lard has been with the surgery center for 10 years. Vickie Arjoyan, BSN, CASC, is the facility adminis- trator and director of nursing at Surgery Partners- affiliated Specialty Surgical Center of Beverly Hills (Calif.) for more than 15 years. She received her BSN and CASC in 2013 at the same time she celebrated her 15th anniversary with the center. Jesseye Arrambide is executive director at Oregon Outpatient Surgery Center in Portland. Before as- suming her role at OOSC, she was director of surgical and obstetric services at Pacific Communities Hospi- tal in Newport, Ore., for 11 years. She is also president of the Oregon ASC Association. Beverly Baker is the administrator of Timberlake Surgery Center in Chesterfield, Mo. Ms. Baker has been the center's administrator for more than six years. The center offers orthopedics, podiatry and pain management services. Judy Barsamian-Armstrong, RN, serves as adminis- trator and CEO of San Luis Obispo Surgery Center, a Surgical Care Affiliates-managed center. She previous- ly served as director of nurses with SCA. She has also served as an operating room charge nurse at Fresno (Calif.) Community Hospital. The surgery center of- fers services in a number of specialties such as ophthal- mology, orthopedic, gynecology, ENT and oral surgery. Jill Barth, BSN, RN, a director of operations for PIN- NACLE III, is the administrator of two ASCs in Wis- consin: Pine Ridge Surgery Center in Wausau and Northwoods Surgery Center in Woodruff. She has ex- celled at leading facilities through AAAHC certification and is actively involved in the continued improvement of clinical operations. Prior to joining PINNACLE III, Ms. Barth was the ambulatory surgery administrative director for Marshfield Clinic. She has more than 22 years of progressive healthcare experience and holds a BSN from the University of Wisconsin. Jacquelin Belcher is administrator of Inland Surgery Center in Redlands, Calif., a Surgical Care Affiliates facility. She has been with Surgical Care Affiliates for eight years. In 2013, she received SCA's "Top Admin- istrator for Service Excellence" recognition. Inland is a multispecialty center completing over 6,400 cases per year. Ms. Belcher currently serves as the Growth Champion for her region and is instrumental in the on-boarding of new administrators for SCA. Julie Bell is administrator at Hawthorn Surgery Cen- ter in Libertyville, Ill., a multispecialty Surgical Care Affiliates center. She has been administrator at Haw- thorne for more than 15 years. Angela Blankinship, BSN, CASC, administrator of Houston-based Northstar Healthcare Surgery Center, a part of Nobilis Health. She has been in the ASC Industry for around 20 years. She has previously served as admin- istrator of Longmont (Colo.) Surgery Center and direc- tor of surgery at San Luis Valley Regional Medical Center in Alamosa, Colo. She earned her BSN degree in nursing administration at The University of Texas at Arlington. Regina Boore has more than 27 years of experience in the ASC industry both as a nurse and as a man- ger. She is currently administrator at Newport Bay Surgery Center in Newport Beach, Calif. In addition to administrative duties, she is principal and CEO of Progressive Surgical Solutions. Nancy Boyd is administrator at Crane Creek Surgery Center in Melbourne, Fla., affiliated with Blue Chip Surgical Partners. The ASC includes eight physicians who have a special interest in spine surgery, orthope- dic surgery and general surgery. Dustin L. Briggs, CSFA, is the director of operations for Advanced Surgical Institute. The institute includes a surgery center at two locations — Huntington Beach, Calif., and Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. Both centers are multispecialty focusing on spine, bariat- rics, urology, plastics and podiatry. He joined ASI in 2014 and oversees both surgery center locations. Jamie Burger is business manager at Surgery Center of Lancaster (Pa.), a position she's held for more than eight years. The surgery center includes 21 physician partners who practice otolaryngology, ophthalmol- ogy and orthopedics. Jennifer Butterfield, MBA, RN, CNOR, CASC, is the administrator of the multispecialty Lakes Surgery Cen- ter in West Bloomfield, Mich. She has worked in the ASC industry for 10 years, serving as OR manager and chief nursing officer prior to becoming an administra- tor. During her tenure, she has been credited with sig- nificantly increasing EBITDA, physician distributions and successful physician recruitment.
