Madison Community Hospital has been recognized for the second year in a row as one of the Top 20 Criti- cal Access Hospitals in the nation by the National Rural Health Association. Magruder Hospital (Port Clinton, Ohio). Twenty- five bed Magruder Hospital was certified as a critical access hospital in December 2002. In 2015, iVantage Health Analytics named the hospital among its list of Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals. The hospital was also named a HealthStrong Hospital this year by iVantage Health Analytics. Magruder Hospital received the Outstanding Patient Experience Award from Healthgrades in 2013 and 2014. Maple Grove (Minn.) Hospital. Maple Grove Hos- pital is a 108-bed hospital located outside of Min- neapolis. It was founded in 2005 and is the only hospital facility in Maple Grove. Truven Health Analytics named Maple Grove Hospital one of its 100 Top Hospitals in 2015. Maple Grove Hospital has seven five-star ratings from Healthgrades. Memorial Hermann Sugar Land (Texas) Hospital. The 77-bed Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospi- tal is about 20 miles outside of Houston. It is the only digital hospital in Sugar Land. It has an open medi- cal record system that gives patients access to their medical charts and the ability to comment. Wireless Internet is also provided throughout the hospital. Memorial Hermann Sugar Land was named one of Truven Health Analytics' 100 Top Hospitals in 2014. It also won the Maternity Care Excellence Award from Healthgrades in 2013 and 2014. Memorial Hospital (Chattanooga, Tenn.). Founded in 1952, Memorial Hospital is a 415-bed hospital. The nonprofit, faith-based hospital is part of Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives. It has been rated as high-performing in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart failure, hip replacement and knee replacement by U.S. News & World Report. In 2014, Memorial Hospital received numerous CareChex awards, including the award for providing top overall hos- pital care in Tennessee and a ranking among the top 100 hospitals in the nation for medical care. Memorial Hospital also was named an iVantage Health Analytics HealthStrong Hospital this year. Mercy Hospital Anderson (Cincinnati). Mercy Hospital Anderson was named a Truven 100 Top Hospital as well as one of only 17 recipients of the 2015 Everest Award this year. Truven's Ever- est Award recognizes that, in addition to achiev- ing benchmark status for one year, set national benchmarks for the fastest long-term improve- ment. Also in 2015, Healthgrades recognized the nearly 200-bed hospital with a Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence, Patient Safety Excellence Award and Critical Care Excel- lence Award, and ranked Anderson among Amer- ica's 100 best hospitals for pulmonary care. Millinocket (Maine) Regional Hospital. Mil- linocket Regional Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital. The hospital corporation was founded in 1952 and the current hospital location was opened in 1955 as the Millinocket Commu- nity Hospital. It was later renamed Millinocket Regional Hospital to better reflect its regional service area. In 2014, the Maine Association of Physician Assistants awarded the Millinocket Re- gional Hospital with their Outstanding Health Care Professional Award. This year, the hospital was named an iVantage Health Analytics' Health- Strong Hospital and also received the Outstand- ing Patient Experience Award from Healthgrades. Ministry Saint Clare's Hospital (Weston, Wis.). The 98-bed Ministry Saint Clare's Hospital is lo- cated about 85 miles northwest of Green Bay, Wis. The hospital provides an array of primary and specialty healthcare services. It is a surgical cen- ter for the Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic and Ministry Health Care Heart Care Team and other nation- ally recognized programs. Truven Health Analyt- ics named Ministry Saint Clare's Hospital as one of its 100 Top Hospitals in 2014. Mosaic Life Care (Excelsior Springs, Mo.). For- merly Heartland Health, Mosaic Life Care has won numerous awards and accolades. In 2015, Mosaic Life Care received the Everest Award from Truven Health, and was named a Truven 100 Top Hospital. Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph, formerly Heartland Regional Medical Center, is a 2015 iVantage HealthStrong Top Hospital and one of America's 100 Best Hospitals overall and in criti- cal care, according to Healthgrades. U.S. News & World Report ranked St. Joseph No. 14 in Mis- souri. In Spring 2015, The Leapfrog Group gave the St. Joseph facility a hospital safety score of "A" for fourth time in a row and the fifth time overall. Mother Frances Hospital-Tyler (Texas). Mother Frances Hospital-Tyler is a 425-bed acute care facil- ity serving East Texas. The hospital opened March 18, 1937, to treat hundreds of seriously wounded teachers and children after an explosion rocked New London School about 25 miles outside of Ty- ler. The hospital offers a range of services, includ- ing trauma care and surgical care. In 2014, Mother Frances Hospital was ranked as a 100 Top Hospital and a 50 Top Cardiovascular Hospital by Truven Health Analytics. U.S. News & World Report ranked Mother Frances Hospital as the No. 15 hospital in Texas in its 2014-15 rankings. Mount Desert Island Hospital (Bar Harbor, Maine). Mount Desert Island Hospital is a 25- bed facility with a history that dates back to the late 1800s. Mount Desert Island Hospital has received the Outstanding Patient Experience Award from Healthgrades for the last three years. Last year, Mount Desert Island Hospital was named one of the Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals for overall quality in the country by the National Rural Health Association. Munson Medical Center (Traverse City, Mich.). Munson Medical Center is a 391-bed nonprofit hospital. Munson Medical Center is the largest of the eight Munson Healthcare system hospitals located throughout northern Michigan. It is the only Level II trauma center north of Grand Rap- ids, Mich., and home to the only neonatal inten- sive care unit in northern Michigan. The hospital was named a HealthStrong Hospital by iVantage Health Analytics this year and also received sev- eral awards from Healthgrades. Ocala (Fla.) Regional Medical Center. Ocala Re- gional Medical Center is a 270-bed facility located outside of Gainesville, Fla. In 2014, Ocala Region- al Medical Center was named to Truven Health Analytics' 100 Top Hospitals list. This year, the hospital received two awards from Healthgrades — America's 100 Best Hospitals for Orthopedic Surgery Award and America's 100 Best Hospitals for Spine Surgery Award. Owensboro (Ky.) Health Regional Hospital. Ow- ensboro Health Regional Hospital is a facility with nearly 500 beds. The hospital is registered as a member of the Audubon International Signature Program. Audubon International is a nonprofit environmental organization dedicated to educat- ing, assisting and inspiring people to protect and sustain natural resources. This year, Owensboro Health Regional Hospital was named a Health- Strong Top Hospital by iVantage Health Analytics. Parkview Huntington (Ind.) Hospital. Parkview Huntington Hospital is located about 25 miles southwest of Fort Wayne, Ind., and is part of Fort Wayne-based Parkview Health. Its offerings include outpatient pediatric therapy and a sleep clinic. The hospital has been named one of Truven Health Analytics' 100 Top Hospitals three times, most recently in 2015. Parkview Huntington has also received recognition from Healthgrades, as it earned the Patient Safety Excellence Award in 2015. In 2014, Judi Johnson — a Huntington na- tive with more than 19 years of healthcare experi- ence, all in Huntington County — took over as president of Parkview Huntington. ProMedica Flower Hospital (Sylvania, Ohio). This 311-bed facility is home to the Hickman Cancer Center, a primary stroke center and is the region's leader for inpatient adult psychiatric ser- vices. The hospital has served its community for more than 100 years. ProMedica Flower Hospital has earned several recognitions of excellence in care quality over the last few years. For instance, this year, Flower Hospital earned five-star ratings from Healthgrades in several procedures and con- ditions, including pneumonia, heart attack and stroke. The hospital also earned the Pulmonary Care Excellence Award and the Stroke Care Excel- lence Award form Healthgrades. Providence Little Company of Mary Medi- cal Center (Torrance, Calif.). Providence Little Company of Mary's history dates back to 1960. Today, it has 436 beds, about 2,000 employees and roughly 900 physicians on staff. This year, Truven Health Analytics named it as one of the 100 Top Hospitals in the nation, but its national accolades don't end there: It received an "A" grade for pa- tient safety from The Leapfrog Group and has earned several awards from Healthgrades, includ- ing the Distinguished Hospital Award for Clini-
