Ellington-based Missouri Highlands Health Care appointed John Canterberry CFO. Kathy Clark, RN, president and CEO of Wilcox Memorial Hospital in Lihue, Hawaii, announced plans to retire June 30. Cullman (Ala.) Regional Medical Center named James Clements president and CEO. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare promoted Sally Deitch, RN, to CEO of the Sierra Providence Health Network in El Paso, Texas. Newly formed Jackson, Miss.-based Merit Health named Steve Dobbs CEO. Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health Sys- tem named James F. Dover president and CEO of the system's Southern Illinois Division, effective May 26. Mike Ellis, CEO of Alpine, Texas-based Big Bend Regional Medical Center resigned to lead Hill Re- gional Hospital in Hillsboro, Texas. Eric Evans, CEO of El Paso, Texas-based Sierra Providence Health Network, resigned to lead Dal- las-based Tenet Healthcare's Texas Region. San Antonio-based Nix Health named Terry J.
