Healthcare personnel immunization toolkit: The APIC developed this toolkit to aid infection preventionists in developing, implementing and evaluating a healthcare personnel immunization program. HHS' Ebola preparedness checklist: HHS' Of- fice of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response partnered with the CDC to create a checklist for hospitals to review in the event they receive an Ebola patient. Infection control patient engagement toolkit: Qualis Health, the Seattle-based Medicare Qual- ity Improvement Organization for Idaho and Washington, offers this toolkit to provide hos- pitals a low-cost approach for engaging patients and families in infection control initiatives during their time at the hospital.
