Dr. Vogel is the medical director of the Spinal Cord Injury Program at Shriners Hospital for Children — Chicago. Dr. Won was among the first surgeons in Texas to perform endoscopic laser spine surgery with a 3mm incision. He is the founder of SpineCARE. Michael J. Yaszemski, MD (Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn.). Dr. Yaszemski is the co-chair of the clinical trails oversight group at Mayo Clinic and on the editorial board for the Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery. Anthony Yeung, MD (Desert Institute for Spine Care, Phoenix). Dr. Yeung developed the FDA-approved Yeung Endoscopic Spine System and spent his career refining and teaching the technique around the world. Christopher Yeung, MD (Desert Institute for Spine Care, Phoenix). During his career, Dr. Yeung has focused on research and innovation, serving as the principle investigator for FDA studies such as the Flexicore lumbar artificial disc replacement, Cervicore cervical artificial disc replacement and DASCOR total nucleus replacement. Dr. Youssef is a spine surgeon with a special interest in minimally invasive procedures, fracture care and complex spinal disorders. He co-founded SpineColorado. James Yue, MD (Yale Medical Group, New Haven, Conn.). Dr. Yue is the co- director of the orthopedic spine service at Yale and the Yale Spine Fellow- ship Director.
