Robert Nucci, MD (Nucci Medical Clinic, Tampa, Fla.). Dr. Nucci is CEO of Nucci Medical Clinic. He has practice in Tampa Bay for more than 18 years and performs most procedures at the outpatient Citrus Park Surgery Center. Pierce Nunley, MD (Spine Institute of Louisiana, Shreveport). Dr. Nunley is the director of the Spine Institute of Louisiana and serves as an assistant professor in the department of orthopedic surgery at LSU Health Sciences Center. Patrick F. O'Leary, MD (Hospital for Special Surgery, New York City). Dr. O'Leary is a former chief of spine service at Hospital for Special Surgery and currently serves as an associate attending spine surgeon at the hospital. His research is focused on minimally invasive spine surgery and he's authored a surgery book. Andrew E. Park, MD (Texas Spine Consultants, Dallas). Dr. Park founded a spine surgery fellowship in Dallas recognized by the North American Spine Society. He is currently the fellowship director for the Dallas Spine Fellow- ship Program. John Peloza, MD (Center for Spine Care, Dallas). Dr. Peloza is a founding partner of the Center for Spine Care and Minimally Invasive Surgery Insti- tute, an ambulatory surgery center opened in 2011. Mick Perez-Cruet, MD (Beaumont Hospital, Southfield, Mich.). Dr. Perez- Cruet is chief of minimally invasive spine surgery at Beaumont Hospitals and vice chairman, director and professor of minimally invasive surgery and the spine program at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Brian Perri, DO (Beverly Hills Spine Surgery, Beverly Hills, Calif.). Dr. Perri is a partner at Beverly Hills Spine Surgery and reviewer for The Spine Journal. Kenneth Pettine, MD (The Spine Institute, Loveland, Colo.). Dr. Pettine is a pioneer in minimally invasive outpatient spine surgery. He is the driving force behind the Society for Ambulatory Spine Surgery Frank Phillips, MD (Rush University Medical Center, Chicago). Dr. Phillips was among the early adapters of minimally invasive spinal surgery techniques and has spent his career pioneering the field. Dr. Poletti has been with Southeastern Spine Institute for more than 20 years. He has been president of the South Carolina Spine Society and South Carolina Orthopedic Association. Gregory Przybylski, MD (JFK Medical Center, Edison, N.J.). Dr. Przybyl- ski is director of neurosurgery at the New Jersey Neurosicence Institute, JFK Medical Center in Edison. He is also past president of the North American Spine Society. Sheeraz A. Qureshi, MD (Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York City). Dr. Qureshi is an assistant professor of spine surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital and the Leni and Peter W. May Department of Orthopaedics Surgery. He is also the chief of spinal trauma at Elmhurst Hospital. Richard S. Rabinowitz, MD (Barrington Orthopedic Specialists, Hoffman Estates, Ill.). Dr. Rabinowitz began practicing at Barrington Orthopedic Spe- cialists in 1997 and has a special interest in spinal procedures. Raj Rao, MD (Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee). Dr. Rao is the director of spine surgery at Medical College of Wisconsin. He has served on the North American Spine Society board of directors. He founded the Orthopedic Rehabilitation Cervical Spine Institute in 2007. Michael Roh, MD (Rockford Spine Center, Rockford, Ill.). Dr. Roh is co- founder of Rockford Spine Center and a faculty member for The Prestige Cervical Disc. David Rothbart, MD (Spine Team Texas, Southlake). Dr. Rothbart is the founder and medical director of Spine Team Texas, where he has a profes- sional interest in minimally invasive spine surgery. Thomas F. Roush, MD (Roush Spine, Lake Worth, Fla.).
