He has been administrator there for 13 years, negotiating the center's transition from freestanding to joint venture in 2010. P. Evalyn Cole, MSHA, CASC, is the administrator of the Spine Surgery Cen- ter in Eugene, Ore., and CEO of KeiperSpine. Ms. Cole has assisted Oregon physician groups with several ASC projects. While earning her master's de- gree, she wrote her thesis on developing an ASC. Martha R. Colen, RN, MBA, CASC, is administrative director at Virginia Beach Ambulatory Surgery Center. The ASC was founded in 1989 and includes four operating rooms. The AAAHC-accredited facility has orthopedics, otolaryn- gology, uroglogy, general surgery and gynecology along with other specialties. Jennie Collins is administrator at Parkway Surgery Center in Hagerstown, Md., affiliated with Blue Chip Surgical Partners. She has held the position for more than six years. Physicians at the center are focused on spine surgery and pain management. Gregory P. DeConciliis, CASC, is the administrator of Boston Out-Patient Surgical Suites in Waltham, Mass. Mr. DeConciliis has been a physician assis- tant in orthopedics since 1999. He left New England Baptist Hospital in 2004 to start up Boston Out-Patient Surgical Suites. Dan Corbett, MBA, CASC has been administrator at Reagan Street Surgery Center in Los Alamitos, Calif., for nearly one year. Previously, he served as administrator with Orangewood Surgical Center in Orange, Calif. Lana Davis administrates Specialty Surgical Center of Thousand Oaks in Westlake, Calif., a joint venture between Symbion, 16 physician partners and two non-physician investors. She has been at the center for two years. Joseph DeMarco is administrator of the Philadelphia-based Thomas Jeffer- son University Hospital's surgery center, Jefferson Surgical Center at the Navy Yard. The center is also affiliated with The Rothman Institute and Nueterra Healthcare. Barbara P. Draves, CASC, is owner and administrator at The Surgery Center in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, and serves on the board of directors for CASC. The center was founded in 1984 and includes 23-hour stay capabilities. Vicki Edelman, RN, is administrator at Blue Bell (Pa.) Surgery Center, a posi- tion she's held for more than six years. She has been a nurse for more than 30 years and previously held leadership roles at a community hospital. Scott Edwards is administrator at North MS Ambulatory Surgery Center in Tupelo, M.S., Center for Digestive Health and North MS Pain Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. He serves on the Mississippi ASC Association board. Angela Erosenko has been administrator and CEO at CMMP Surgical Cen- ter in Jefferson, Mo., for nearly 15 years. Before then, she was business office manager at the center for three years. Jim Evely has been at BRASS Surgery Center in Baton Rouge, La., since June of 2013. The center is affiliated with Surgical Care Affiliates. Before his time there he spent nearly a decade with DaVita, a dialysis treatment and support system company. Bruce Feldman, MS, CPPM, has been administrator and director of operations at Island Endoscopy Center/Island Gastroenterology Consultants in West Islip, N.Y., for more than one year. Previously, he was administrator and director of operations at the Surgicare Ambulatory Surgery Center of New York in Bronx. Michael Galvin is the administrator of The Christ Hospital Spine Surgery Center in Cincinnati. The center is managed by United Surgical Partners In- ternational and two years ago Mr. Galvin received the 2012 CEO Award. Mr. Galvin has been the center's administrator for nearly five years. Melodie Garrobo is administrator at Golden Ridge Surgery Center in Gold- en, Colo. She has managed surgery centers for 15 years, seven as administra- tor of Golden Ridge. She was instrumental in developing the Colorado ASC Association and served on the task force the Colorado Division of Labor and Employment. Christine Gambrel, RN, BSN, is administrator of the Surgery Center of Rockville (Md.). The surgery center is affiliated with Ambulatory Surgical Center of America and has eight physician-owners. The center offers ENT, general surgery and pain management procedures. Jackie Ginter is the administrator of GNS Surgery Center in Athens, Ga. The center focuses on outpatient spine and neurosurgical care. GNS Surgery Cen- ter is affiliated with Blue Chip Surgical Center Partners. Diana Grasso is the director and director of nursing at Gloucester County Surgery Center in Mullica Hill, N.J. The surgery center, managed by ASD Management, is a joint venture between physician partners and Underwood Memorial Hospital. Prior to joining the surgery center team, Ms. Grasso worked at Underwood Memorial Hospital for 32 years. Julie Greene is the CEO of Muskegon (Mich.) Surgery Center, a joint venture between Mercy Health Partners and physician-owners. Ms. Greene has been CEO of the center for more than five years. She has also served as board direc- tor of the Michigan Ambulatory Surgery Association. Debbie Hall, RN, MBA, is the administrator of High Plains Surgery Center in Cheyenne, Wyo. The center is managed by Regent Surgical Health. Ms. Hall has served as the center's administrator since 2002. Tracey Harbour, BSN, RN, is administrator at Surgery Center of Pinehurst (N.C.), a Nueterra Healthcare facility. She has been an administrator since 2007. The surgery center is a joint venture with First Health of the Carolinas. It has six operating rooms and two pain management rooms.
