Surgical Center, a position she has held for more than two years. She previously served as administrator of Hastings Surgical Center. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and has been involved in the Ne- braska Association of Independent Ambulatory Centers. Karen Howey serves as both administrator and CEO of the Macomb (Mich.) Township ASC. She has served in the positions for more than two years. Pre- viously, she was center director for United Surgical Partners International- affiliated Matrix Surgery Center for more than six years. Macomb Township ASC is affiliated with Nueterra Healthcare and Royal Oak, Mich.-based Beau- mont Health System. Ann Hurd is also director of nursing and administrator at the Advanced Sur- gery Institute in Santa Rosa, Calif., which is a partnership between Regent Surgical Health and Santa Rosa (Calif.) Memorial Hospital. She practices as a staff nurse at the hospital, which is part of the St. Joseph Health System in Eureka, Calif. James Kamps, RN, MBA, CNOR, has been administrator for nearly two years at Surgery Center at Tanasbourne in Hillsboro, Ore., which is a joint venture between Providence Health Systems in Portland, Ore. Previously, he served as administrator at an independent multispecialty surgery center, Wilshire Surgery Center, near Portland. Kathy Kelley, RN, MSN, CNOR, is administrator at Viewmont Surgery Cen- ter in Hickory, N.C., a joint venture with Frye Regional Medical Center and Nueterra Healthcare. She took the administrator position in January 2013 and is responsible for activities at the facility. Wendy Kelley, CASC, has been administrator at Cool Springs Surgery Cen- ter in Nashville, Tenn., for nearly nine years. Carla Lauenstein is the administrator of Southwest Lincoln (Neb.) Surgery Center, affiliated with Blue Chip Surgical Center Partners. The surgery cen- ter offers neurosurgery, spine surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, podiatry, plastics and pain management. Liliana Lehman, RN, has been administrator at Hallandale Outpatient Surgi- cal Center in Hallandale Beach, Fla., for 11 years. In addition, she is founder and president of Axis Management & Billing Services and administrator at the Surgery Center of Weston (Fla.). Diane Lampron, RN, BSN, CNOR, is the administrator of the Surgery Cen- ter at Lutheran in Wheat Ridge, Colo., and Peak One Surgery Center in Fris- co, Colo. Ms. Lampron serves as administrator of the two centers as a part of her responsibilities as director of operations and Pinnacle III. Ms. Lampron has been with Pinnacle III for nearly seven years. Helen Lowenwirth has been administrator at East Side Endoscopy in New York for more than two years. She was previously practice manager for New York Gas- troenterology Associates and administrator for Park Avenue Radiologists. Sarah Malaniak, CASC is administrator at Ambulatory Center for Endos- copy in North Bergen, N.J., a Physicians Endoscopy-affiliated center. Previ- ously, she served as administrator at Teaneck (N.J.) Surgical Center for more than five years. Lori Martin, RN, has been administrator at Summit Surgery Center in Reno, Nev., for five years. Previously, she was director of nursing at the Surgery Center of Reno Stephanie Martin, BSN, RN, CNOR, CASC, is the administrator of St. Au- gustine (Fla.) Surgery Center, a multispecialty freestanding ASC affiliated with Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America. She has overseen the expan- sion of services at the center including gynecology and general surgery. Most recently, she oversaw the addition of a total joint surgery program. Stewart McFadden, MHA, MBA, FACMPE, is the Executive Director at Four Corners Ambulatory Surgery Center in Farmington, N.M. Previously, he has held several practice administrator positions. David Moody, RN, is the administrator of Knightsbridge Surgery Center in Columbus, Ohio, which is a joint venture between physician partners, Regent Surgical Health and OhioHealth in Columbus. He has been the administra- tor there for approximately 11 years, negotiating Knightsbridge's conversion to a joint venture in 2007. Wanda Moratelli, CASC, is administrator at Ambulatory Care Center in Vine- land, N.J. She has more than 15 years as a healthcare executive and helped the center achieve 100 percent success rate with AAAHC and CMS accreditation. Penny Nicarry administrates Endoscopy Center at Robinwood in Hager- stown, Md., which is owned by Partners in Endoscopy and Physicians Endos- copy. She has been administrator since 2002 and helped negotiate the current ownership structure, which has been in place since June 2012. Penny Nichols has been administrator at Greater New Orleans Surgery Cen- ter for more than 12 years. Previously, she served as the business office super- visor for the East Bank Internal Medicine Group in Metarie, La. Kecia Norling, CNOR, CASC, has been at Northwest Ambulatory Surgery Center in Portland since its construction in 2004 and has served as admin- istrator since 2006. The center is a joint venture between 17 physicians, United Surgical Partners International and Legacy Health in Portland. Joseph G. Ollayos is administrator at Tri-Cities Surgery Center in Geneva, Ill., a position he's held since 2006. He has worked in healthcare for more than 10 years and achieved CASC in 2005. He was elected Ambulatory Sur- gery Center Association of Illinois president in 2012 and 2013. Michael Pankey, RN, is administrator at Ambulatory Surgery Center of Spartanburg (S.C).
