She has been chair of the Michigan Ambulatory Sur- gery Association membership committee and for- merly was CEO of Blake Woods Medical Park Surgical Center. She has more than a decade of experience in the ASC industry. Traci Albers is the executive director of High Pointe Sur- gery Center in Lake Elmo, Minn., and North Memorial Ambulatory Surgery Center at Maple Grove (Minn.). Both centers are affiliated with Surgical Management Professionals. Ms. Albers has more than 15 years of ex- perience in ASC and healthcare management. Amy Allard is administrative director of Ramapo Val- ley Surgical Center in Ramsey, N.J. The center opened in 2005 and offers ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management and podiatry procedures. Cindy Armistead is the administrator of Campbell Clin- ic Surgery Center in Germantown, Tenn. The surgery center is affiliated with Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics. Jesseye Arrambide is executive director at Oregon Outpatient Surgery Center in Portland. Before as- suming her role at OOSC, she was director of surgical and obstetric services at Pacific Communities Hospi- tal in Newport, Ore., for 11 years. She is also president of the Oregon ASC Association. Beverly Baker is the administrator of Symbion- affiliated Timberlake Surgery Center in Chesterfield, Mo. Ms. Baker has been the center's administrator for more than six years. The center offers orthopedics, podiatry and pain management services. Jacqueline Belcher is administrator of Inland Sur- gery Center in Redlands, Calif., a Surgical Care Af- filiates facility. She has held the position for more than three years and was previously business office manager at the center. In 2013, she received SCA's "Top Administrator for 2013 for Service Excellence" recognition. Julie Bell is administrator at Hawthorn Surgery Cen- ter in Libertyville, Ill., a multispecialty Surgical Care Affiliates center. She has been administrator at Haw- thorne for nearly 15 years. Sandi Berreth, RN, BS, MS, CASC, is administrator at Brainerd Lakes Surgery Center in Baxter, Minn. Sonja Christmas is administrator at Cy-Fair Surgery Center in Houston, a Nueterra Healthcare facility. The center averaged 60 procedures to 80 procedures per week in 2013 and its endoscopy room was the first in the area to transition to EHR.
