"The 2 percent growth in revenue we produced for the quarter primarily reflected the positive impact from the six centers acquired in 2013, as well as a 2.4 percent increase in rev- enue per procedures," said CEO Christopher Holden, according to a company news release. Foundation Healthcare, previously known as Graymark Healthcare, reported $26.1 million in 2013 fourth quarter revenue, a 48 percent in- crease from $17.6 million in the same period in 2012. The company reported $93.14 million in revenue for the year ended Dec. 31, 2013, up 75.8 percent from $52.98 million in 2012. Hospital Corporation of America reported $424 million in profit for its fourth quarter, up 35 per- cent from the same period in 2012. HCA's revenue for 2013 increased 3.5 percent to $34.2 billion. Medical Facilities Corporation announced its operating income for the fiscal year 2013 in- creased 15.7 percent from $91.1 million. The company reported $309.2 million in overall reve- nue, up 29.2 percent from $239.4 million in 2012. Northstar Healthcare announced its fourth quarter and year-end financial results. The com- pany reported $13.5 million in patient services revenue for its fourth quarter, up 108.7 percent from the same period in 2012. For the 12 months end Dec. 31, 2013, Northstar reported net patient service revenue of $31.1 million, up 49 percent. The com- pany reported its total net operating revenues were up 10.1 percent from $197.6 million to $217.5 million in its fourth quarter.
