Previously, Mr. Parrish was the co-founder and chief development officer of FED Co. Thomas Sprunk has joined Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America as a vice president of acquisitions and business development. Foundation Healthcare, previously known has Graymark Healthcare, re- ported $26.1 million in 2013 fourth quarter revenue, a 48 percent increase from $17.6 million in the same period in 2012. The company reported $93.14 million in revenue for the year end Dec. 31, 2013, up 75.8 percent from $52.98 million in 2012. Northstar Healthcare announced its fourth quarter and year-end financial results. The company reported $13.5 million in patient services revenue for its fourth quarter, up 108.7 percent from the same period in 2012. For the 12 months end Dec. 31, 2013, Northstar reported net patient service revenue of $31.1 million, up 49 percent. Surgical Care Affiliates President and CEO Andrew Hayek been named to the Aspen Institute's 2014 Class of Henry Crown Fellows. The Henry Crown Fellowship mobilizes a new breed of leaders, all under the age of 45, to tackle the world's most intractable problems. James Hogan recently became the director of strategic development with Symbion. Four AmSurg executives signed new employee agreements that include raises between 3 percent and 4 percent, according to a Nashville Post report. The ex- ecutives include CFO Claire Gulmi, CDO David Manning, Chief Accounting Officer Kevin Eastridge and Executive Vice President of Operations Phillip Clendenin. Meridian Surgical Partners, LLC, announced the opening of its newly-relo- cated facility, Treasure Coast Center for Surgery in Stuart, Fla. The new 9,500 square foot, state-of-the-art, multispecialty ambulatory surgery center has three operating rooms, one procedure room, four preoperative beds and nine post-anesthesia care stations Mary Dailey has become senior vice president of corporate services in clini- cal and quality support and senior vice president of clinical operations in corporate services at Nueterra.
