What do you consider your greatest achievement at university of utah Health Care so far? Most of what has crystalized since I came to the University of Utah has been built on a foundation set by people like my predecessor, Lorris Betz, MD, PhD, and his team and their predecessors. We all owe a huge debt of gratitude to the historic culture of collaboration and innovation that has made the University of Utah so strong. What I feel really happy about right now is our talent. The quality of individuals who are actively engaged in our organiza- tion, transforming our health system, advancing our research and discovery, reinventing our educational systems, and providing service to our local and global communities is nothing short of remarkable. Tapping into that talent, enhancing it and then attracting more new talent are priorities that I know I will always feel good about. n
