Thomas Deas Jr., MD, is the medical director of Fort Worth (Texas) Endoscopy Center, a Surgical Care Affiliates facility. He is a past president of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He also serves as an SCA Physician Leadership Board Member. Edward Decter, MD, FACS, is the medical direc- tor of Short Hills Surgery Center in Millburn, N.J., and is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He also serves on the physician executive council of the sports medicine institute at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. Randy Delcore, MD, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, is the president and medical director of Cedar Orthopaedic Surgery Center in Cedar City, Utah. He began his independent practice, which grew to include a freestanding imaging facility and onsite physical therapy services. Meena Desai, MD, is the founder, president and CEO of Nova Anesthesia Professionals and a board-certified anesthesiologist. She has held nu- merous leadership positions with AAAHC and the Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia. Thomas Eickmann, MD, is an orthopedic sur- geon with The Surgery Center at Lutheran in Wheat Ridge, Colo., which is a Pinnacle III cen- ter. He practices with Cornerstone Orthopedics in Denver. John Fitz, MD, is the founder and chairman of the board for The Surgery Center of Farmington, which is managed by ASD Management. He has more than 23 years in practice of comprehen- sive ophthalmology. He has performed well over 10,000 cataract surgeries. Mark Flood, DO, is an orthopedic spine surgeon and chief of surgical innovation for Laser Spine Institute. He was director and a founding member of the Center for Spinal Disorders and Pediatric Orthopedics in Mesa, Ariz. Dr. Flood joined Laser Spine Institute in 2008. Robin Fowler, MD, is medical director of Inter- ventional Spine and Pain Management Center and founder and medical director of Interven- tional Management Services. He has been a pain practitioner in Atlanta since 2005. James L. Fox Jr., MD, is the founding leader of the Ravine Way Surgery Center in Glenview, Ill. Dr. Fox, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, prac- tices at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute. He has a clinical focus on general orthopedic surgery, ar- throscopy and fracture care. Ralph A. Gambardella, MD, is president of Ker- lan-Jobe Orthopaedic Surgery Center and chair- man and president of Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles. He is a former president of the Association of Major League Team Physicians. Robert Gannan, MD, PhD, is the founder of Physicians Endoscopy. He is the company's past national medical director and chairman of the board of directors. Dr. Gannan is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. David S. George, MD, is the medical director of Physicians Outpatient Surgery Center in Belpre, Ohio, and a member of the board of directors and secretary of ASCA. He also serves on the board of directors of the Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgery Society. Gregory George, MD, PhD, is founding principal of SurgCenter Development. Under his leader- ship, SurgCenter Development has developed more than 105 successful physician-owned ASCs. He served as an ophthalmologist at a busy prac- tice and had high surgical volume. James Gesler, MD, is founder and medical direc- tor for Wooster Ambulatory Surgery Center. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Case Western Reserve & Affiliated Hospitals in Cleveland. For several years, he has served as a cabinet member of the United Way. Anthony Giamberdino, MD, is chairman of Sym- bion's Physician Quality Council, which meets routinely to review benchmark data, evaluate common issues, share information and best prac- tices and make policy recommendations. Scott Glaser, MD, DABIPP, is Co-Founder and President of the Pain Specialists of Greater Chi- cago. He has been elected twice to the national board of ASIPP and been president of the Illinois Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Matthew F. Gornet, MD, is a board-certified spine surgeon who focuses on the treatment of patients with low back and neck pain. He is a governing board member at St. Louis Spine & Orthopedic Surgery Center. David Grainger, MD, is medical director of Cy- press Surgery Center in Wichita, Kan., and chair of the department of obstetrics and gynecology at University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita. He is also serves on Symbion's Physician Quality Council. John Hajjar, MD, FACS, MBA, is the chairman and CEO of Surgem. He holds appointments and actively practices urology at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, N.J., Hackensack (N.J.) Medical Center and St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson, N.J. Scott Holley, MD, is the president and founder of Great Lakes Plastic & Hand Surgery in Portage, Mich. He has served as president of the Michi- gan Association of Hand Surgery and has been a patient advocate on the Worker's Compensation Committee of the Michigan State Medical Society. Gregory Horner, MD, is on the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association's board of directors. He also serves as the CEO of Hacienda Surgery Center in Pleasanton, Calif. Dr. Horner is a board- certified hand surgeon in practice with Tri-Valley Orthopedic Specialists. William Isaacson, MD, is the medical director of Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Haverford, which acquired its name when the Surgery Cen- ter of Pennsylvania became a part of the Crozer- Keystone Health System in April 2013. Peter Janes, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with Peak One Surgery Center in Frisco, Colo. He be- gan a community surgery day at Peak One Surgery Center, affiliated with Pinnacle III, in collaboration with the Summit Community Care Clinic.
