Joan Zarth. Ms. Zarth is the business director of Kentucky Surgery Center in Lexington. The surgery center is a multispecialty facility that performs more than 10,000 cases each year. Monica M. Ziegler, MSN, CASC. Ms. Ziegler has been the administrator of the Physicians Surgical Center in Lebanon, Pa., since it's inception in 2005. She gained the responsibility of an additional center in 2011. Becky Ziegler-Otis. Ms. Ziegler-Otis has served in her current role as administrator of the Ambulatory Surgical Center of Stevens Point (Wis.) since January 2008.
