A Custom Form-Fitting Nucleus Replacement Prosthesis
Designed to treat pa ents with lumbar discogenic pain,
the PerQdisc device has been engineered to do the following:
• Replaces the pain genera ng nucleus pulposus with a custom,
form-fi ng, silicone-based prosthesis.
• Preserves mo on and mimics the biomechanics of
the na ve nucleus pulposus.
• Inserts into the disc space using an anterior retroperitoneal,
lateral transpsoas, or minimally invasive posterolateral
surgical approach.
