and researcher David Winlaw, MD, as its
Surgical Co-Executive Director.
David Winlaw, MD, is a surgical innovator and thought leader in the
field of pediatric congenital heart disease. His clinical interests include
the underlying causes and outcomes of pediatric congenital heart
conditions. Dr. Winlaw joins Lurie Children's from Cincinnati Children's
Hospital Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati, where he served
as the Associate Director in the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the
Heart Institute and Professor of Surgery.
