Top 58 Hospitals Patients Rated 9 or 10 in HCAHPS H ere is a list of 58 non-specialty, acute-care hospitals with the highest percentage of patients who rated their hospitals a nine or 10 on a zero-to-10 scale in the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. 18. Evendale Medical Center (Cincinnati) — 88 percent Note: The list is based on HCAHPS survey results reported in CMS' Hospital Compare database and covers the period April 2011 through March 2012. HCAHPS allows patients to rate line items relating to their patient care experience.
