No. Reductions to Medicare will represent about

$9.9 billion, in part through lower payments to
physicians and other health professionals for providing services.
In fact, the temporary tax cuts were scheduled to

These included the 2001 and 2003 Bush tax cuts
on income, capital gains and the estate tax, which
had been extended in a 2010 tax deal under the
