39 TRANSACTIONS OCLI Vision adds New York practice By Ariana Portalatin O CLI Vision is adding Floral Park, N.Y.-based Comprehensive Eye MD to its practice, Spec- trum Vision Partners said Oct. 5. OCLI Vision, managed by Spectrum Vision Partners, has locations in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Comprehensive Eye MD's services include contact lens fittings, no-stitch cataract surgery and laser eye surgery. The addition of Comprehensive Eye MD marks Spec- trum's 15th practice affiliation since 2017. The management services organization supports 29 clinics, three ASCs and more than 75 medical profes- sionals in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.n Arizona medical office building sold for $31.75M By Alan Condon P hysicians Realty Trust, a healthcare real estate company, has purchased HonorHealth's newly built medical office building in Phoenix for $31.75 million, according to the Phoenix Business Journal. The transaction, which closed Sept. 24, comes with a 50- year ground lease with two options to extend for 15 and 10 years for a total of 75 years, according to the report. Physicians Realty Trust will manage the 60,000-square-foot medical office building while leasing the ground from HonorHealth. The medical office building is 84 percent occupied and is adjacent to HonorHealth's Sonoran Crossing Medical Cen- ter, a $170 million facility that opened in 2020. With about 3,700 affiliated physicians, Scottsdale, Ariz.- based HonorHealth owns a network of outpatient surgery centers, a medical group and a care network, and owns and operates six hospitals in the region. n ASC real estate sold for $6.6M By Patsy Newitt A building housing the Specialty Surgery Center in Nashville, Tenn., sold for $6.6 million, Nash- ville Post reported Oct. 8. The building was purchased by Newton Square, Pa.- based real estate developer GMH Communities. The Specialty Surgery Center offers services including anesthesia, ophthalmology, oral surgery and plastic surgery, according to its website. n Montecito expands Texas footprint with ASC acquisition By Patsy Newitt M ontecito Medical acquired a medical office build- ing housing a surgery center in Arlington, Texas, the company said Sept. 30. The 16,000-square-foot building is 100 percent leased to the 26-physician Urology Partners of North Texas. The practice offers general urology services, urological surger- ies, radiation oncology and imaging. In the last year, Nashville, Tenn.-based Montecito has quickly expanded its Texas footprint — acquiring two medical office properties in San Antonio and buildings in Austin, the Wood- lands, Corpus Christi, Tyler, Texarkana, Katy and Sunnyvale. n
