An eye center in Houston retained it's entire
staff during the pandemic and reopened in
early May. The group plans to retain tele-
health services as well.
USPI CEO sees more complex
cases resuming at centers more
quickly
USPI has resumed elective procedures
at many of its centers, and President and
CEO Brett Brodnax said spine and total
joints are coming back more quickly than
low acuity cases.
As ASCs across the nation resume elective surgeries, health-
care providers are settling into the new normal, which
includes COVID-19 testing, social distancing, more virtual
