Andrew Bagnall was promoted to president and CEO of HSHS Wisconsin. Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare selected Mark Benz to serve as regional CEO of the health system's four Missouri and Kansas hospitals and affiliated locations. Justin Birmele is the new CEO of AdventHealth Winter Park (Fla.). Baptist Health South Florida named Lourdes Boue CEO of West Kendall Baptist Hospital in Miami. Burlington, Mass.-based Wellforce health system named Michael J. Dandorph president and CEO. John DiAngelo, president and CEO of Mullica Hill, N.J.-based Inspira Health, will retire from the organization at the end of this year. David Donaldson will become the CEO of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare's Mercy Hospital in Miami. Billings (Mont.) Clinic selected Scott Ellner, DO, to serve as CEO. Barry C. Finn, president and CEO of Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Ill., retired. Phoenix-based Banner Health named new CEOs at five Arizona hospitals, including selecting Debbie Flores as CEO of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale. John A. Fromhold, CEO of Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, N.J., will retire May 1. UofL Health selected Aaron Garofola to lead its Shelbyville, Ky., campus as CEO. Dustin Greene, CEO of TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tenn., is leaving to become CEO of TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. Asheville, N.C.-based Mission Health selected Tonia W. Hale, DNP, RN, to serve as CEO of Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, N.C. University Hospital & Medical Center in Tamarac, Fla., selected Ben Harris as CEO. Dan Jones, CEO of St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, Ga., resigned. Willapa Harbor Hospital in South Bend, Wash., named Matthew Kempton CEO. Eric Lewis, CEO of Port Angeles, Wash.- based Olympic Medical Center, will retire May 1. NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island in New York City tapped Svetlana Lipyanskaya to serve as CEO. Tampa, Fla.-based H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute accepted the resignations of President and CEO Alan F. List, MD, and Thomas Sellers, an executive vice president and center director at Moffitt. CommonSpirit Health CEO Kevin Lofton, who jointly leads the Chicago- based organization with CEO Lloyd Dean, is retiring from his administrative role, effective June 30. New Orleans-based Tulane Health System named Bob Lynch, MD, CEO. Anderson, S.C.-based AnMed Health CEO Bill Manson will retire in July. River Hospital in Alexandria Bay, N.Y., named Emily Mastaler president and CEO. Cleveland-based University Hospitals selected Cliff A. Megerian, MD, to serve as its next CEO and interim president. Tom Mullen, CEO of Baltimore-based Mercy Health Services, will retire in July. Lisle, Ill.-based Amita Health named Keith A. Parrott president and CEO. Phoenix-based Banner Health named Daniel Post CEO of Banner — University Medical Center Phoenix. Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth selected Charles Prosper to serve as chief executive of the PeaceHealth Northwest network. North Kansas City (Mo.) Hospital named Stephen L. Reintjes Sr., MD, president and CEO, effective in April. Dallas-based Methodist Health System named Jim Scoggin CEO. The board of Chicago-based Cook County Health voted to remove CEO John Jay Shannon, MD. Scott Taylor will retire as CEO of St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kan., and Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital in Ulysses, Kan., effective July 1.
