Vice President and Chief Information and Transformation Officer of Baptist Memorial Health Care (Memphis, Tenn.). Ms. Jordan has served Baptist in clinical, educational and leadership roles for nearly 40 years. In 2015, she was made responsible for the largest project in the 100-plus-year history of the organization — the systemwide implementation of an EHR and patient financial system. Her previous roles at Baptist include chief clinical transformation officer and chief nursing officer. She serves on the board of the Tennessee Action Coalition, a group whose mission is to ensure all Tennesseans have access to high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Mark Kilborn. CIO of Springhill Medical Center (Mobile, Ala.). Mr. Kilborn has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He spent time as an operations manager before becoming vice president of Allscripts Professional Services and CIO of Springhill Medical Center in 2000. He led the hospital's initiative to earn the HIMSS Stage 7 Ambulatory Award in 2015 and oversaw an EHR implementation. He also has experience with installing new patient portals, telemedicine and data security. Ed Kopetsky. CIO of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford and Stanford Children's Health (Palo Alto, Calif.). Mr. Kopetsky spent time as a partner at IBM Global Business Services and executive vice president with Healthlink before becoming CIO of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford and Stanford Children's Health in 2009. He is responsible for the health system's IT planning and implementations, operations process, cost improvement and consulting. He also has experience as CIO of Centennial, Colo.-based Centura Health and Sharp HealthCare in San Diego. Mark Lantzy. Senior Vice President and CIO of Indiana University Health and President of IU Health Plans (Indianapolis). Mr. Lantzy oversees health IT and strategic planning and operations for the 15-hospital Indiana University Health System. He also is responsible for the IU Health Plans, a 200,000-member health insurance arm of IU Health that includes Medicare Advantage, individual and family and commercial plans. Mr. Lantzy has spent more than 20 years in healthcare, previously serving as COO and CIO of Gateway Health, a managed care organization in Pittsburgh. Ken Lawonn. Senior Vice President and CIO of Sharp HealthCare (San Diego). Mr. Lawonn oversees the IT functions across Sharp HealthCare, including cybersecurity and enterprise analytics. He joined the health system in February 2014 aer spending more than 30 years in healthcare leadership, including time as senior vice president for strategy and technology at Omaha, Neb.-based Alegent Creighton Health. Prior to that, he was vice president and CIO of Banner Health in Fargo, N.D. Gerry Lewis. Senior Vice President and CIO of Ascension; President and CEO of Ascension Information Services (St. Louis). In collaboration with the Ascension Technologies leadership team and partners, Mr. Lewis oversees the technology solutions and deployment for the system. His team creates the products to offer clinical associates and stakeholders better services. Mr. Lewis is a member of the Ascension Leadership Community Council and he previously served as vice president of IT strategy and business development for the health system. Raymond Lowe. Senior Vice President and CIO of AltaMed Health Services (Los Angeles). Mr. Lowe has a background in IT executive leadership, EHR deployment, strategy and financial management. He joined AltaMed Health Services in January 2018 as senior vice president and CIO aer spending five years as senior director of IT enterprise technology and infrastructure at Dignity Health in San Francisco. He has served as an IT leader with Renton, Wash.-based Providence Health and Services and Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, Calif. Becky Magee. Senior Vice President and CIO of Washington Regional Medical System (Fayetteville, Ark.). Ms. Magee has over 30 years healthcare information technology experience and has worked all sides of the health IT triad – health system, vendor and consultant. She joined WRMS in 2001 when a new replacement hospital was being built and oversaw the technology architecture of the new facility. WRMS comprises a 425-bed hospital and over 40 clinic locations. e health system consists of 3,000 employees with revenues in excess of $1 billion. WRMS was the first hospital in the U.S. to enterprise-wide implement CISCO's VOIP solution in early 2000. Novlet Mattis. CIO of Orlando (Fla.) Health. As Orlando Health's CIO, Ms. Mattis leads a team of nearly 600 clinical and IT professionals. Since becoming CIO in January 2018, Ms. Mattis and her team's accomplishments include the development of a screening tool that identifies high-risk traumatic brain injury patients. Before joining Orlando Health, Ms. Mattis served as vice president of IT at Ascension Information Services in St. Louis. Ed McCallister. Senior Vice President and CIO of UPMC (Pittsburgh). Dr. McCallister has more than 30 years of experience in IT. He became the senior vice president and CIO of UPMC in 2014 and has led teams of more than 2,000 individuals as leader of the system's information services division. Mr. McCallister also played an integral role in building the systems supporting UPMC Health Plan and developed the population health platform used by Evolent Health, a joint venture between UPMC Health Plan and Advisory Board. Aaron Miri. CIO of Dell Medical School and UT Health Austin (Texas). Mr. Miri oversees IT functions at Dell Medical School and UT Health Austin as CIO. He has a passion for digital health and cybersecurity, previously serving as the CIO for Imprivata. He was appointed to the HHS federal Health IT Advisory Committee in 2018 and spent time as the chair of the Health Care Information and Management Systems Society National Public Policy Committee. Roger Lutz. CIO of Butler (Pa.) Health System. Mr. Lutz joined Butler Health System in 2009 and is now responsible for the health system's cybersecurity and IT functions. He values ethics, law and privacy and information assurance, which he teaches at Slippery Rock (Pa.) University. He serves on the healthcare and public health sector steering committee for Pittsburgh's InfraGard partnership with the FBI. Sheree McFarland. CIO of West Florida at HCA (Tampa and St. Petersburg, Fla.). Ms. McFarland oversees health IT for 16 hospitals and more than 50 physician practices and other facilities for HCA's West Florida region. In this role, Ms. McFarland provides strategic planning, budgeting and project management support for the health system. She has previous experience as director of IT for Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. Mark McMath. Senior Vice President and CIO of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (Memphis, Tenn.). Mr. McMath oversees IT services for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, which includes 12,000 associates and 2,000 physicians. He has previous experience as CIO and vice president of IT, clinical and support services at Indiana University Health Bloomington. His background includes experience with pharmacy, program management, telecommunications and medical and clinical informatics. Pamela McNutt. Senior Vice President and CIO of Methodist Health System (Dallas). Ms. McNutt has nearly 30 years of health IT experience.
