Burke, president and CEO of Hermiston, Ore.-based Good Shepherd Health Care System, plans to retire in 2020, ending a 31-year tenure. Portland-based MaineHealth CEO William Caron Jr. plans to retire at the end of 2020. UnityPoint Health-Trinity appointed Robert Erickson President and CEO, effective Sept. 23. Lisle, Ill.-based Amita Health CEO Mark Frey is departing from the role. Richard J. Gannotta, CEO of University of California, Irvine Health System, resigned Sept. 30 to pursue an opportunity at medical technology company Masimo.
